My only problem with any gun, that I always go for body shots, never for head, sometimes it helps for my teammates, but most of the time I just die, and do a lot of damage, but not kill him.

Spending a lot of time on recoil master helps. And I really mean a lot of time because good spray control on recoil master doesn't mean good spray control in matchmaking. So keep going back to recoil master even if it gets boring because you feel like you are doing well on that workshop map. What also helped me to get the transition from doing better on workshop maps to doing better in matchmaking: Play DM offline against Bots with sv_showimpacts 1 That way you can see where your bullets go and which part of the spray you messed up.

As an experienced CS GO player, I can say that the best way to learn spraying is to not memorise the spray patterns. You need to focus where your bullets are going and then you need to adjust your rifle accordingly. It takes time to learn, you'll get killed many times trying but once you've learned it, it'll be in your muscle memory and you will automatically spray that rifle properly the next time. This is the other and easier way of learning spray pattern and hence spray control. Just keep your bullets going at your enemies.
holy Christ wtf. I just learned sprays of like 6 weapons that I mainly use and learning it is amazing. In every situation I would one tap at a time and I die so much lmao I was wondering why I couldn't kill anyone. I haven't even tried doing it yet and I already know its gonna help so much I love you.
I watched the video and it trained me to switch targets and to use tap, I don't use spray because spray is for noobs (except P90 sprayers) but I use burst to get to head to body when I use such weapons as MAC10 or 3+ taps headshots weapon, but yeah you're video is useful, I also tried the betway aim timing map where you to shoot heads only (challenge) and have the less time possible. If you want to be good, mostly. I don't bother with any of the methods shown in these kinds of videos and I play just fine, but I've played the previous games for a while too. It's just a matter of aiming at people's heads and pulling down the mouse in a 7 shaped pattern when firing mostly.

But if you have fun by getting better and want to get global elite or whatever then you might want to put in real practice and work on things like this that you can improve on. If you want to win tournaments then obviously you want to be the very best you can be and will spend many hours a day playing, practicing, scrimming.
Actually death matches feel unrealistic since we tend to rush into the enemy and get the most kills without bothering about peeking and finding cover. So you may be at the top in a death match but in a normal game you don't nearly play as well as you did in the death match. For this reason I now play a death match more realistically, I end up being somewhere in the middle of the scoreboard with the least number of deaths. My normal gameplay has improved drastically as a result.

From what I've learned, small controlled bursts to the upper chest/lower neck area have worked as I don't hesitate as much to go for the head, but try to do a moderate ammount of damage. I've trained in training maps, of course, but i'll use your guide to help myself along the way.
basically aim at your enemy and pull down because almost every recoil pattern on every gun goes up so just pull down with your mouse, you can try countering the recoil pattern if the gun goes left or right

Download some aim maps and try to hit headshots only on bots while they're moving. Go into community servers and search for ffa headshot only servers. If you do these you will most likely see a difference.
As someone who is getting back into CS (Quit during CS:S) I had to learn all this shit with janky ass forums/google videos (Pre-UA-cam era) and just raw practice with 1.6... Now we have entire mods that literally show you everything.

It’s also very important to warmup before you play and practice your spray a little bit for every gun you usually use. I prefer to get about 300-600 kills before I play (usually 500 on average)

you load a map and select "Harmless Bots", or load a custom map and type the command "bot_difficulty 0".

Download some aim maps and try to hit headshots only on bots while they're moving.
Go into community servers and search for ffa headshot only servers.
If you do these you will most likely see a difference.
