Last video is from my car, truck driver was not at fault (other than driving in fast lane) but this was only evident after seeing the video.
Parked my car on left, first went to see the car driver, found him fine probably had some minor injuries, but he was fine.
Then came back to see the video and found the mistake was mostly of the car driver.Downloaded the video and went back to share the video with dumper driver but could not find him there anymore.
Even tried to find details from dumper no. but to no avail. If someone can find him, share this video with him. Thankfully no one tried to harm him at the accident site apart from pulling him down from the dumper.
Learning here, is to not jump to conclusion quickly as I also thought it was dumper drivers mistake, then someone said car was coming from wrong side. Only after seeing the video can you conclude what exactely happened.

cause the left lane is the most dangerous for thm, trucks weights more and takes distance to break, if a car or bike joins the road from left they dont have time to break

can you make a separate lane for trucks? NO... can you tell car/bike/rickshaw drivers to drive in their own lanes? NO... can you keep pedestrians/thele walas/cows/animals off the road? NO... so my friend, how can you make sure that truck drivers would drive perfectly without hitting anyone when EVERYONE is in his lane already, and its response time is the slowest of all, braking distance is maximum and energy due to inertia is maximum. collisions are un-avoidable for trucks in most cases. SO DONT TELL TRUCKS TO DRIVE IN THEIR OWN LANE, untill you make a new one for them.

Toyota build quality is hopeless.Earlier I was using Toyota corolla Altis 1.8 VL CVT.I was on 40km speed and suddenly I dashed to autorickshaw than my car front bumper came down on the spot and even there was other damages also.Now I am using a Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0L TSI and the build quality is awesome.

braking distance. it took 3-4 seconds for it to come to a halt to finish braking. untill then, driver has no control on vehicle. Drivers cant reduce or manipulate braking distance.

Wrong verdict about the dumper. The law says that heavy vehicles must drive in the left lane so that nobody needs to or can overtake them from left which is their blind side. Here, the dumper was driving in the right lane illegally. I'll consider him guilty. He forced the Toyota driver who'd got frustrated with the dumper. Had the Toyota been allowed to overtake from the right, he wouldn't have been in the blind spot of the dumper. Here our police too are lax and don't fine such heavy vehicles driving in the right lane.

ट्रक को लेफ्ट लाईन मे चलना चाहिए था जब की वो तेज रफ्तार वाली लेन में चल रहा था. ये बिलकुल गलत बात है. इसीलिए कार वाले को लेफ्ट से ट्रक ओव्हरटेक करना पडा था. अगर ट्रक नियम के अनुसार लेफ्ट लेन मे चलता तो ये हादसा नही होता
