Even Cricket match, IPL or T20. I have seen a video in which driver was also watching cricket match. He was at the signal stopped but surely he would have looked few times when got opportunity while driving
After the accident, the driver will say that it happened because of "tyre burst" ! In reality, the tyre would gave burst AFTER the accident. Indian drivers have many bad habits 1) always on phone 2) wrong side driving to save a few drops of petrol 3) no respect for right of way 4) dont look left or right when entering a busy road or a cross road. 5) disregard of traffic signals . These are just a few.

Abhi kya ho raha hai sab car Wale apne gadi ke dash board pe touch screen infotech laga rahe hai. Aur company ki taraf se touch screen bhi Diya to usme sirf gane bajte hai video nahi dekh sakte. Aur sab log touch screen main video dekh sake aise screen laga rahe hai isse ye hota hai unka dhyan bhatak jata hai.. aur accident ho jata hai.
Well one of the contributing factors is the touchscreen systems in new cars and the aftermarket ones in old cars. To change the song, set navigation, access car features one gets distracted while driving, it happens to me often! We should force brands to keep the car features in buttons and set the touchscreen tilted towards the driver side.

Every day I see almost 9 out 10 auto driver watch insta reels in a slow moving traffic in Hyderabad.. Whenever I was near to them, I warned them seriously to stop looking at mobile. As expected most of them didn't admit their mistake n replied "nothing happened, why r u doing over action?". Of course, I was not quiet and made them shut their mouth and mobile, where there were such replies.. but why someone has to warn them..!! Sad, such an idiots are roaming around us..

One of the reasons for few of these could be improper markings for medians and other permanent road items by authorities. I have seen alot of such examples in my city, most common beginning base of Street lamps protruding to sides of road medians without any clear indications. All such seemingly minor things can lead to major accidents. Someone's carelessness can lead to someone's tragedy.

The Jazz accident at 7:00. The driver was not paying attention and had actually crossed the while line. but it could have been avoided if that median has started from the earlier marker itself! Or if the median had a pole indicating the beginning of the actual divider.
Many of the accidents happen due to badly designed roads, inadequate marking, illegally altered roads etc... all this aided by distracted driving
Third accident me dash cam car is using high beam on city roads. I think jazz driver is facing blindness due to high beam. He stepped on brakes but could not timely see the divider.

They are not really the reasons, people's decisions are the main reasons if anyone want to any of these just stop at the side of the road use it & then continue driving

The last video - where the Honda hits the median - is mostly because of poor road design. Whenever a physical separator is introduced, it should have a reflective sign with a arrow pointing bottom-left (from an approaching driver's point of view). Sadly these are all missing in India.

7:00 this is not distracted driving. This is probably the oncoming traffic's high beam lights that blinded the driver and he didn't see the median.
