He will hild the kids accountable. But not by naming them publicly amd ridiculeing them. Accountable by not starting them or lowering their status on the debth, or on a personal level. But ultimately the way the players perform on the field is all on the coaches sholder, and he took that blame.

You've seen in the past games of this year where you kept the quarterback in and you should have pulled him and let him get it together but you pull him when it's hard to come back? You don't give your back up time to adjust to the game and keep your d off the field to get their breath. Thompson throws to the same few so all opponents knows who to focus on. He needs to mix up his receivers and throw to some who he don't throw to. One of the first plays he had a player down the field not covered but he threw to one of his regulars close by him. He's got more men out there than those few. He practically hands the playbook to the opponents team. Mix it up. He's got to get where he's confident in all his players not just the few he throws to.
You're a good coach and you have good players and they're talented. As Kenny Rogers said you got to know when to fold them you've got to know when to hold them you've got to know when to walk away and know when to run. See you in 2 weeks

At some point it’s gotta be on the players. The offensive line and defensive line just aren’t very talented guys. They have no dog in them. I respect the fact that Mickey is taking all the responsibility for the loss but these players need to stop being so soft. I like Garrett Nelson but he’s had no impact this season and ochaun got pain a lot of money in NIL to do nothing impressive. Buford might be the only good defender we have on the team. Everyone else is extremely mediocre. Luckily we have a couple running backs that are good at improvising because that line ain’t creating any holes for them to run through. It’s sad because Casey is clearly a good quarterback but he’s not Jesus. If he had even a decent o line he could make things happen but he’s constantly got guys in his face. We might just need to go with Chubba because we need someone who can scramble away from the inevitable pass rush that going to be slicing through these bums like a hot knife through butter. F everything, there is no hope. Go Big Red 💔
