I apologize if the video seems lazy or doesn't have some interesting matchups. its just that the amount of auto concede I made before I could have a proper game drained me. Yes, I auto concede when I'm against a certain deck or card, Why? If you notice the first game, that is why. And yes, I don't just auto concede at mono red, as I said in the previous video, there are some cards that shouldn't be printed on standard.
Although Doomsday Excruciator is not as powerful as the other card, I still think its busted, because even if you hard cast it and mill them for four, you're guaranteed to win, that is, if you're still alive on the following turn or they manage to mill you or force draw.
Anyway, I build the deck not to win a certain matchup, so winning against the other deck is slim unless you pull it off as fast as possible, and that is the idea of the deck, pull the combo off as fast as possible and as consistently as possible.
Invasion of Amonkhet: since Doomsday Excruciator needs to be cast to be able to trigger its ability, and to transform Invasion of Amonkhet the last counter needs to be removed, then cast it as Lazotep Convert, and if you copy Doomsday Excruciator it is considered as cast.
Lively Dirge: just in here to fetch any card so the deck could be consistent. Yes, any card since the deck could cast from the graveyard, and Squirming Emergence can reanimate any non land permanent.
