    After seeing this video, I almost immediately built a commander deck on this premise and I reached token generations up to something like 10^17781. After some research the theorized number of atoms in the known observed universe is ~10^82 and with some difficult math from most calculators saying I was dealing with infinity I determined that in a single turn I created 10^8144 universes worth of tokens that immediately died. And so I dubbed the deck "The Singularity". Anyway, thanks for the awesome video!

  • @maxwellhelmberger4923

    The letter e is mathematical shorthand for "times 10 to the power of". So for example 1.5e76 = 1.5 * 10^76. 10^76 is a 1 with 76 zeroes after it, a number which vastly exceeds the number of atoms that make up Planet Earth.

    • @thechestrockfield
      @thechestrockfield Рік тому +42

      Vastly outnumber is even an understatement. If my math is correct, it would take 1.1e26 more Earths to equal enough atoms as he'd have had tokens.
      Those token numbers even dwarf the number of atoms in the Milky Way Galaxy. It would take about 417 million Galaxies the size of ours to get to that number of atoms.
      Side note: I feel small and insignificant after looking these things up and doing this math.

    The letter ‘e’ used in numbers is the scientific notation for ‘times 10 to the power of (whatever number comes after it)’. So that first game you would have had that massive number with 76 zeros on the end of it. What an insane number of tokens.
