Hey! I finally decided to watch your Lies of P videos now that I'm in chapter VII. I'm running a technique build using the big fire blade (can't recall the name) and a different handle. Going well so far but I just saw that now I can reset my entire char so I'm here fishing for new builds xD
Indomitable wishstone is not useful. The amount of HP it recovers is pathetic and the specter will be dead again in no time. HP recovery is far better in keeping it alive
You can use both end of the day (with multi wishstone use organ)
@@P4wnyhof I see. I have not gotten multi wishstone p-organ yet. Do they allow use of the same stone (e.g. 2x recover HP)? If it does, won't two recover HP be better?
The game does not say how long is the period the indomitable effect remains active
Indomitable seems to be 15-20 seconds, based on the testing I've done. That is a plenty liberal amount of time. My suggestion is to combo the multi wishstone use with the quick wishstone use. Makes the wishstone significantly faster, and you can use it more, up to a total of 3 times. @@randius8476

13:10 already finished the archbishop, but I can confirm! took out all the mobs in the cathedral with the fire dagger only, then went into the boss area with the same weapon, just to try it out, and finished him after 3 tries. I love this weapon for humans/mutants, it's so fast working and effective. The coil is equally good for puppets, it makes hyper enemies like the wine basement jester slower and manageable. After using the wrong weapon and retrying with the right choice, its so satisfying to notice the difference it makes

there is the super easy mode for the black rabbit brotherhood, enter the fight, run on the corner near the stairs behind him, open the menu, save and exit, re enter and the boss is there and stay in off mode, just kill him.
Prefer to bomb him to death but actually something nice for a speedrun
I’ve got to say I love seeing new builds and ways to play the game but the most FUN and DESTRUCTIVE build I have ever made in any souls/souls like game is in this. Please give it a try.

I’ve beaten the game, but I can’t find the Arm of God amulet in the inventory of the boss weapon merchant, nor is it in my inventory. Any ideas?

@@P4wnyhof honestly after I beat it on this second NG I may do partly cause of the ability you get to always perfect guard just to see how broken it is
@@nekohallowking4762the new ability isn't always to perfect guard, you can block fury attacks lol
But what you can do is use the aegis shield and spam you block button
3:35... The way he works is that if you have less than 3 or either item (including both on you and in storage) he will sell you back up to 3 (not sure if that raises as you raise your max holdable throwables or not, but either way it always allows you to get back up to 3 if not back up to a full stack of holdable ones)
Such a good game, new game plus with the trident and satisfaction grindstone, and the crit damage trinket, easy times.

trident is absolutely broken. best weapon in the game imo
I feel for the specter he shouldn’t be just a summon through star fragments, but also as a cube summon so if you’re fighting the door guardian or the nameless puppet you can summon him to fight with you since those fights don’t let you have summons of him. And also I feel you should be able to use the be able to change the wishstones for the cube mid fight or if you run out of the current one your using, it’ll automatically switch to one’s you have in your inventory or storage.
You may as well stop playing the game. The game is already super easy as it is. Door guardian is easier than the first boss. And Simon manus and nameless puppet is dissapointing as a final boss. I stopped my play through after NG3. It got boring quick.
I tried an idea with a pure Advance build using the Aegis shield Arm +1. you just hold the shield up and swing your weapon playing like a spartan and it made literally every boss an easy fight on my No summon play through. Recommend giving it a try
Ya they gave this game a easy mode it’s called aegis shield lol
With aegis +1 you can hold up the shield and mash weapon block to always perfect guard with your shield
@@Reiner5200 you can do that without the plus 1 amulet lol easy mode in lies of p honestly makes this game a cake walk I’m glad I didn’t figure that out until my 3rd playthrough lol
@@roycecarter4663 I usually bring a maxed out puppet string to everything. I like the extra damage.

Even without any points in Advance I still use the fire knife on bishop and it worked great. Of course on Advance u can just bomb every boss.
Weapon scaling is minimal in this game (not like Elden Ring for example)
What would you use for p organs for phase 3 4 and 5? Advanced build?
Ok whats the best handle to put on this electric coil weapon.
I could never get the cube to revive specter to ever work I tried to use it right before he died and he still died like normal never came back then I tried after he died obviously didn’t work so I never figured it out so I just used the one that healed him since it actually worked and it pretty much does the same thing
i have a feeling i need to start over again :( haha. stuck at act 4 boss now, did it 78 times almost had him only needed one hit, cryes hahah. thnx for the video!

@@P4wnyhof little update , probably going to give up I'm to dumb for this game. Can't doge or block anything on time. I'm at 122 rounds now and have no helping buddy anymore. The leveling feels like it did nothing 😂😭.
@@P4wnyhof okay so i couldnt give up and finaly defeated act 4! and it made me a better player, so thank you again haha. hard to be 35, sometimes hahahah. and firtst time playing a game like this. Next one is going to be elden ring with my wife.

What weapon are you using in the video? What handle are you using along with the salamander blade?
Salamander Handle or Acidic Spear Handle!
NG++ and any other playtrought: USE AEGIS AND SPAM L1/PARRY. PLUS second ability of LEGION ARM AEGIS atack wile you defendig 100% of damage.

@@P4wnyhof its not a bug ITS A FEATURE aUHuhaAUHuahAUH Aegis is the most broken thing in the game. You can defend, parry AND atack (2nd upgrade) simultaneously.

You can just respecc very easy after you reach the grand exhibition
That being said: The stat scaling is minimal in this game so yes you can also do this while being full strenght

I tried it, but loses. How u don’t get damage? If I stay near Boss he hits me 2 times and I’m dead with this weapon.
And I’m never able to get behind foes. They are to fast or hit me. (Never understood this in elden ring too. Never worked like shown in the videos. Bosses always turn into my direction)
I have a dumb question does the element grinders i.e. fire electric and acid scale with the advance stat
They do apply the elemental status and you do bonus damage - Iam not sure if they scale with advance :D Honestly never tried

I’ve been playing this game for 2 weeks now and I’ve been only using the electric coil stick. I tried other weapons and combinations but they don’t compare with the electric stick lol.
The coil sticks turns some enemies really trivial!

How do I assemble weapons? Does the weapon assembly become available for the Ad Donkey fight because the sword I'm using isn't working for him. Guess I should electrify.

Yes, the item to alter weapons is after Donkey. I could have sworn you get it right after him, but I could be wrong. I used the electric coil club, dodging and circling around him to keep backstabbing him. It makes him much easier than trying to block him.
I messed up so bad when I first started lies of p. I sold the coil stick and the crystal spear for ergo. And I kept seeing everyone use this fire spear build 🙄

Different throwables scale with different stats but alot of them need advance!

Buy a hardrive. Make it 2 or 3 terabytes or so. That's what I've doing since the start of the Xbox one and ps4 era.

Its still warzone 2 - Nothing changed apart from new guns bits of movement :) No iam not interested
@@P4wnyhof I understand. Only reason I’m looking forward to it is because movement is somewhat back and less visual shake with guns/smoke which is a much needed change. New map has Verdansk-ish vibes and rebirth and fortunes keep are coming(2024ish) back which is a big plus. Nonetheless I’m still subscribed and will continue to watch and support!
I'm a little upset that you never mentioned the shotput.. It staggers any boss in one shot and can line you up for a free stab or hitting all other throwables for free. It trivializes the game
You don't need the Shotput going this route :) I intentionally didn't mention it because we just overdamage everyone :D

Yes - For the bishop use fire dagger :D Hes easy as cake!
playing with a controller already makes it way more easier😊😊

Got a full guide up with all the bosses beaten and explanation :) (using no summons and throwables) which makes it easier if you do use em!
Just use consumables they are stupid powerful
Tbh i refuse to summon in boss fight
I tried summon it once against Archbiship, i end up suicide after seeing how tanky the summons are
Got to phase 2 half hp first try and can easily end the boss.
I think the game is not worth playing with summons cuz the boss is balanced around no summon.
King of Puppet would have been way less satisfying to beat if i summon too.
Summons = Easy Mode - If you need it thats fine - If you don't need it thats also fine :)
Summons + Throwables = Cheat Mode in this game. Especially after Chapter 6 when you get the vendor with infinite supply.
Another tip to prevent farming to buy potions: Just backup your Savegame before starting the boss fight. Saves you a lot of time. Farming for usables that can be bought infinite is bad game design that works as a time sink.
Well it aint cheat mode its the "easy mode" people keep asking for :) Use em if you want don't used em if you dont want to

Finished the game and am just consuming all of your content. Not sure if I want to NG+ or a brand new run.
Do both Ng+ is incredible and alot of detail is added - you can actually understand all the robots now

I was killed the first boss
After completing the game thoroughly and getting platinum, I decided to start new game with all three different types of weapons.
With Technique, I was hitting and didging really fast. Two Dragons Sword and Spear of the Covenant (the one you get from Andreus) utterly destroyed Nameless Puppet.
For Motivity, I mixed the Wrench + Police Baton. Not a lot of range (Nameless Puppet gave me trouble). But every other boss before that was utterly annihilated since the wrench is grossly strong.
And my last run before shelving the game was the Advance build with max P Organ throwables and the Acidic Spear. It truly is easy mode, since you deal so much damage to bosses with the spear and when they’re less than half health, just throw everything in your inventory.
Its super fun thou :D Sometimes easy mode aint a bad thing!

Had my troubles first too - Went with laxasia boss weapon for the fable art - Staggers really good!

Door guardian has 3 attackable points. Always target HIS right leg (your left) and for every attack constantly step left to dodge them all (except when his leg lifts straight up to slam down. Then try just step back a tiny bit to dodge)
7-10 attacks on the foot each time will bring him down for a fatal attack on his head.

This game is balanced towards punishing strength or quality build users and pushes players into advance/ dex builds. Why even have strength weapons when the player has zero poise?
You can perfectly go through as a strength build but jeah there are some pains
Poise was always a bad decision in souls games. It´s just unrealistic. Yeah u are free to ignore the enemys attacks and swing your big ass berserk guts weapon while getting attacked but dont whine when you die or get interrupted. No poise just pushes the player to use their brain and learn spacing, timing and other important things in a fight. Poise is like being a heavyweight fighter who only wants to fight featherweight opponents cause he likes to just stand there and punch without blocking or dodging.
@pard2397 you know what's unrealistic? The idea of dying over and over again and fighting literal Gods. You gonna pull the "waitaminute that's not realistic!!" card on poise?? Lmao

Some people need it - Some people don't :) You are not forced to use them

Throwables are so pathetic 🤌
...when you claim that your build has "the right tool for every job" and is "easy mode", but then proceed to use summons, I question literally everything else about this "build". Not to gatekeep. Some people who are new to soulslike games are going to need the extra help. But you cannot make a build that uses summons and then profess that the build is even good, let alone "zero struggles".
I think you clearly understud nothing about this video mate
It literally says "Easy Mode" and "Zero Struggles" - Ergo = You are using Summons and every tool to help you! Its the build for people that struggle and need it

Are you people on drugs or something when you make these videos? You have a maxed out weapon and a leveled up character, probably going through the game for the third or fourth time, when your going through the game for the first time even throwables aren’t enough to take a boss down, if you live long enough to throw them.

to each his own when it comes to gaming morality and challenge cap, but please don't go FREAKING using spectres that litteraly distract the oponent and saying defeat bosses with " zero struggle".. do the same video without spectres and then i'll consider it an instructive guide on how to truly make the real playing experience " easy"
