Same haha... didn't like the look of the wrench, but _love_ the downward swing power attack speed and reach and it was the hardest hitting weapon "blade" I had at the time, ended up carrying me most of the game
Here's a few tips. Puppet enemies are weak to electricity and will get stunned and take damage over time if you use that weapon on them. Police baton handle with the electric club blade is amazing against them. Once you reach the zombie enemies, you can switch for the fire dagger blade combined with the handle that does the jet rocket boost attack. This allows you to stay out of enemy range while fully charging the heavy attack. It's incredibly powerful and it does fire damage over time which prevents bosses from healing.
I’ve hit for over 12k with the wrench build on NG+2 on a mini boss in trismegistus. Crazy part is the enemy didn’t even die because they’re so tanky in NG++. Electric blitz abrasive, handle buff + patient smash, skills are increase damage at max durability x2, increase damage at max hp (NG+ exclusive skill), increase fable art attack, increase damage depending on fable slots amulet, puppet destroyers amulet etc. Stats were 40-40 str/dex with tech infusion on the Baton handle.
@@P4wnyhofFor real! Enemies and bosses can chunk you for 90% of your health even with 40+% damage reduction. It’s crazy, the wrench is a godsend for those problematic elite enemies
Bro just logged on yesterday and found out my save data was completely erased 😢, so I had to restart the whole thing 😮💨. On the plus side I was able to get the special weapon/amulets as I didn’t sell the boss ergo this time for the first 4 chapters. The sad thing too was that I was on chapter on 11 right as I met the king of riddles (There goes 40 hours down the drain). Currently On chapter 4 right after beating the boss (that took about 4:30 hours to get to this point). Any way Wish me luck in getting back to the last chapter, hopefully my save file doesn’t get deleted 😂.
@P4wnyhof Yeah, some monsters take a step back, and you just miss them, but I just love the stagger. Weird, so many people came to the same conclusion in weapon making.
I'm on there too and keep checking, it's odd because we got the game a little before Playstation. I at least hope they have it tomorrow so we can enjoy it over the weekend.
I don't like this weapon. I prefer the giant saw blade. It's really slow but it hits like a truck, staggers every enemy and it has a small window of hyper armor
I usually use this pattern for all my builds: 2 pointsin Health/Strenght/Capacity then 1 Point in Vigor (Stamina) rinse and repeat. Beat every playthrough with this pattern
Str build using wrench/bone cutting saw and using buffs like the grindstone/abrasive should perform better than the advance weapons in the vast majority of cases from my experience. My first playthrough I did an advance build, then second playthrough I did strength build and str build performed 10x better
Yes, my mistake on the name of the weapon, thanks for clarifying @Watchout4V. My point is still valid, that axe weapon DMG output is higher and before the v1.2 patch, helped me to defeat the Manus boss and is so far making NG+ pretty easy to defeat mobs and bosses.
If you’re in chapter 4 then I’d recommend restarting for sure, police baton handle is just way too good to pass up, the movement set is amazing for many slash weapons. Shock weapon doesn’t matter but that handle is pretty decent as well
@@itzkilas Yeah, when I mentioned those weapons I was talking about the handles, I don't have alot of options right now and I'm struggling a bit. I'm gonna restart, thanks!
Why on earth would you sell anything in this game???? Especially a weapon? That's insane. You get plenty of souls to buy whatever you want. You should restart. The police baton is one of the best in the game. You put the electric blade thing on that handle and you'll dominate most of the enemies in the game until you start fighting the zombies. Then you switch to a fire weapon.
You do make a lot of great videos but you always skip the start bit and stats why is that? It would not take much effort to also show stats would it? Now please go re edit all videos to also include showing stats/build ;) You way to focused on only items forgetting the character and that goes for almost all your videos.
What are you talking about? He talks about his stats in tons of his videos and even discusses the soft caps??? He levels vitality capacity and his build stat evenly then every like 3rd rotation he adds in a point for stamina. He legit explained this in several videos
Idk why everyone is saying the game is too easy now it's still pretty freaking challenging especially if you're not got at perfect blocking like the game wants you to do
I hope they don't patch the game pass version on PC for awhile. The game is already easy enough. I have more difficulty fighting the tension crashes that keep happening. I'm literally stuck on the opera house boss because the game crashes during the cutscene in the same exact spot every single time. After the two puppies do a little dance and start clapping then the giant enemy drops as soon as he lands the game crashes every single time
@@kenshinhimura9387 I'm sorry to hear that. I played on Series S (game pass), have over 80h of playtime, and not a single crash. The only thing I noticed were slowdowns in Hotel when I carried certain long weapons (lol). I'm not sure why, but that happened. In Hotel and only in Hotel.
Problem is this is the only weapon (and 1 boss weapon) with this skill and this is one of the most boring ways to play due to how unbalanced the game overall still is.
Why are they dumbing this game down for the casuals? It was already super easy compared to any dark souls game. I've beaten several bosses on my first try in this game.
Lmao, game is way harder than any Souls game, even Sekiro. It literally has half the i-frames of Sekiro so no.... it's not easier than ANY Souls game or clone.

Yeh. I wanna know haha

This is a great buff since you normally have no stagger defense

When is out the update for xbox?

Many viable fun choices to be fair :)!
What’s better this weapon or the coil mjolnir head. Also some better handles: master chef’s knife handle and dancers curved sword handle.
This is exactly what the game needed; a balance to combat patch.

Am I blind? Or did I not see stats for the attributes?
Ah, yes. I figured this out by myself. A very potent weapon. Only thing i have against it is its poor range
The puppet arm axe at +10 has a higher total DMG output, any reason why you recommend the big pipe instead?
Maybe it's because he's talking about weapons not legion arms
