Hey guys, I'd like to see you do comparison tastings of "standard" whiskies, like Jim Beam, Early Times, Black Jack, Seagrams 7, etc. It would sure help when deciding which 1.75 liter bottle to buy!
I was wondering why your bottle of long branch (Matthew McConaughey) didn't didn't count as having a celebrity bottle? Or was it borrowed for the wild turkey video? Enjoyed the video as always! Would have never guessed peyton manning having a decent bottle of bourbon.
It’s really good. Also check out the aging process. They use metallicas music to age it and vibrate the barrels. You can even find the playlist that was used for your batch by putting the batch number in the website. Pretty cool
here's my thoughts on the 'blackened' whiskey 'aging with music' theory, adding sonic vibrations in any way could only help to do its work, it definitely could not 'hurt' in the aging process (in theory)
If you do another video like this, I would enjoy hearing your thoughts on the Virginia Black American Whiskey. It’s a collaboration between DeLeon Tequila and the rapper Drake.
Is Trenton yanking our chains?! Seriously you don't know Peyton Manning or Bob Dylan?! That's crazy. I didn't think that was possible, especially Bob Dylan. Have you heard of The Beatles or are they also before your time? Haha! 😉 I will say I have no idea who the Brother's Bond guys are. Never heard of them.

Dickel is not bad. They have a few varieties to explore. Remember, it's Tennessee wiskey not bourbon, but they just released a " bourbon ". Their bottle in bond is far better than the bourbon, in my humble opinion.
I only own one brand of celebrity whiskey and that is Knobel Spirits from Mike Rowe. Costs vary, but for his cause I'll pitch in a little more for a bottle. It's actually a decent sipper, albeit lower proof.
I’ve tried basically all of those celebrity bourbon/whiskeys. Only one worth the money was Blackened. Otherwise I’d avoid them as I’m not paying any premium for a bourbon/whiskey endorsed by some celebrity. There are way way better options than celebrity endorsed juice.

Cleansing the palate between different pours is a critical aspect of sustaining tasting objectivity. By the fourth sample, your mouth is glowing with three other spirits before drop one of the final dram hits the tastebuds. Why no water? 🤷♂️
To be honest I feel palate is objective and personal. I have tried water in between every new sip but I felt the spirit also became watered down. Tried other ideas as well but for me I sip water as I feel needed and sometimes that’s the case. No wrong answer so if sipping water before every new spirit works for you than that’s great.

Blackened ,still seems a bit gimmicky, but good to know it's not horrible.
