You keep saying you can't understand why he doesn't just admit he is on gear, If he is American, then it's a legal thing. By saying he is on trt gives him a legitimate excuse to have test and say why he is getting bigger. Sponsors or other commercial interests might look favourably on trt but not so much on "steroids".
@@VolanteStrengthAndFitness I agree with you about Alex, but there are Amaericans who get in trouble and the ones that don't, well there lucky and dumb. Here's 2 Americans who had consequences for there illegal activities with steroids and social media. Bostin Loyd: Another figure in bodybuilding, Bostin Loyd, often discussed his steroid use and experimentation with other performance-enhancing drugs on platforms like UA-cam. Although he was not arrested solely for discussing these substances, he experienced significant scrutiny from both the community and law enforcement. His controversial approach helped spark discussions about the legality and safety of openly sharing such practices. David Dey: Known as “Musclehead320” on social media, David Dey was arrested for selling steroids and other controlled substances after openly discussing and promoting them online. Authorities used his videos and posts as evidence, which demonstrated the risk of incriminating oneself by both discussing and selling illegal substances on social media. So the ones who haven't well there lucky, and dumb. It's never smart to have recorded proof of illegal activity especially when your popular. Just wanted to point that out.. But I do totally agree with you, Alex is doing it legally and he's still making excuses for why he's doing it and sending a bad message. The way he's going about it seems immature, and has a total lack of accountability, and he seems to put himself above other people who are blasting gear, like more than just Testosterone, which may be unintentional but it definitely seems in bad taste.
Additionally, TRT clinics typically prescribe testosterone dosages between 70 mg and 150 mg per week, depending on the patient’s natural testosterone levels. They generally do not start patients at 200 mg per week for TRT.
im 24 years old, got no libido, no energy, always tired always depressed, bad joints, back pains, hardly any body hair, ive suspected for a long time I struggle with low test levels, how do I go about getting it tested?
@@quantumfx2677 I eat mostly red meat and chicken but I don't eat a lot bc I have very bad appetite, no substances besides weed. don't drink or sniff anything
@@VolanteStrengthAndFitness exercise about 3-4 time per week depending on my schedule and I get my 8 hours almost every night, I will admit though that my diet is nowhere near good enough.

His testosterone is top of the range, biologically it has to be to maintain his size. Nvm the other things he's been caught lying about.
Yeah, top of the range on the certain days he’s manipulated it to only be that low
The ending 😂
Whats so impressive about his physique. He looks like a highschool kid.
Fair enough
He looks better than 99% of people and most people would love a physique like that
