    Insurance companies quoted me $700+ a month on a 2015 FRS, had my license suspended (8 points in a year) (no dui’s) I still don’t think it should be almost $1000 a month insurance on a FRS

      Not sure what insurance company you have, but that's definitely not right. I'm 19 and I have a speeding ticket and mine is half that.

    I'm 32 and it's only 60 bucks progressive full coverage 😳 your area must have tons of accidents and younger you are the more with Any sports car 🏎

      I'm 36 with a 2020 limited and insurance ain't bad. Yes the car is underpowered but not horribly. It is an entry to sport cars.

      yeah when ur under ur parents insurance its way lower but whenever u start to use ur own insurance itll be a bitch cause ur insurance really only goes down the longer u been having insurance with a good record so start soon or dont dont really matter

      would you recommend the frs as a good first car or nah? currently I don't have my own car and i have been considering the frs/brz/86 as my first or something else

      @@ConsumerInsights457 They're quite nice. Personally, mine is a 2013 and the only issues that have come up are maintenance related (i.e. rear differential fluid had to be changed and I had to replace its spark plugs myself). The older the model, the more you have to pay for things like that. The only complaint I have about the car is the limited visibility it provides and how 18-wheelers don't see you lol. But they're super versatile and fun either modded or stock.

    Honestly i feel like the market right now for some scion-frs the price is just way to high. Some are wanting 20k for the car to have like over 120k miles, i feel like that i just way too over priced for it.

      Depends on what number car it is. If it's your first or second car, I recommend automatic. After that, I'd go for manual.

      also for most cars especially the frs/brz/86 is a car that is better performance wise with a manual but if u dont care if ur slower go with a automatic

      he said it was stock with an exhaust leak. So stock exhaust, and he probably put a gap in the pipe infront of the muffler

      my buddy been on E for 3 years no problems also upgraded my fuel pump and it runs through the flex fuel kit lines

      running e 85 will no cost you additional repairs lol. fa20 engines are meant to take e85 no problem. In fact the engine runs better with e85.

      U can get both most of them are manual from what I found. Depending on what you want the car for like drifting get the manual 😂 they don’t make much whp so automatic drifting is kinda weird and plus the paddles are wack when you try to drift with them

    Yes but In Germany you can drive it like you stole it and it is the baddest ass fn feeling in the world but I was definitely gas poor. With a giant smile on your face like a mofo.lmao😅

      The FRS, scion, T86 are all nice cars, but to outlast a honda? I don't think so...especially not the same year.
