Adjuster here: This is a great example of a reasonable inspection. I take the position that contractors and adjusters should work in conjunction with each other. Sure, there will be things that are not agreed upon, but for the sake of the homeowner and the claim progression, this is how it should work. Egos put aside and logic and reason elevate. Good job! I wish all the contractors I work with would be this way.
It's all bullshit they need to stop using shingles,metal,Terra cotta,ceramic roofing all roofs shoul# last 200 yrs and take 200 mph hail 300 mph winds or its crappy construction.
