How To Handle Insurance Adjuster Meetings

Tips, strategies and advice for how to conduct meetings in the field with insurance adjusters. The roofing contractor or insurance restoration has a contractual obligation to perform all repairs that are prescribed by the insurance claim.
So, what should you do when the insurance adjuster asks you if you "agree" to their lower estimate, just so they can send payment?
Don't agree with anything before the build. Before the build is just an estimate and a hypothetical. You won't know what the job will actually take until you build it. Hopefully many contractors will gain value from this short segment.
