    ✔️ 7 Ab Exercises with a Single Dumbbell
    ✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work per exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest)
    ✔️ Complete Each Exercise x1 Set (No Repeats)

    I loved having the ab challenge everyday! I will be repeating this all summer long! Also, I love a one dumbbell workout for all the muscle groups. I feel I can work on my progressive overload and lift heavy!!
