Well done with the proactive hand care, Nikita! So glad you've discovered hand conditioning and chinese trauma medicines at an early age - it will serve you well. If you can, try to find someone to teach you the iron palm qigong sequences to speed up tissue healing and multiply the effect of the medicines, too. At least some of them will also directly strengthen your hands further. Best of luck with your career and your health, mate!

Knew a guy who did steel hands for years. He used to be a sparring partner for some boxers, and they always said that getting hit by him was like a sledgehammer (gloves on) .
Doctors couldn't even put a needle in his hand when going under the knife.
One thing he did was spin his arm to increase blood flow, which would increase the healing and recovery time.
Like others have said, you should have kept this training a secret. Good luck with it all. 👍

The Americans do brilliantly in the most competitive divisions, just that the US most loves the flagship division and the big KO. Lawrence Lee made and sold 'Iron Palm" Herbs in little glass bottles. They looked like a little vertical fish tank full of stuff inside, and liquid was a piss yellow colour. Unfortunately Lawrence Lee in the 1990s was not an honest man. He took money for classes then would disappear without teaching the classes.

Yeah, he also did that in the 2000s. I was a student of his for a couple of years, I realised that he was not an honest man and it hurt our relationship. I learnt a bit off him, but there were a few things that made my memory of him sour.

All I use is a 70lb kettlebell, a resistance rubber cord, and the ground for push-ups. With this I managed to put on 40lbs of functional muscle.

@@peaceformula5830 I only do the basic one-armed snatch/swing 5 sets of varying reps on each arm. I implemented the clean and press and Turkish get ups in the past but I did some temporary shoulder damage with those, so I stopped. With the basic snatch there is next no chance of injury, its a very natural movement.

Every good teacher uses Dit Da Jow, and in many cases makes their own. Conditioning is King, Dit Da Jow is the crown on the students head. Keep your practice first in life and you will make progress. All the best.
