@@innovativeg4m3r hmmm,... this month I stayed in the Tokyo Italian district in Minato Ward. The neighborhood around Mitsui Garden Italia Gai hotel is cobblestone streets and Italian (I think) architecture ... and yummy pasta restaurants.
