Lol people saying its so easy to steal or break.. if someone is really trying to take or break your camera there isnt really any on the market thats gonna survive a swing from a baseball bat.
Actually there are many built to withstand a bat. They just cost a lot more.

What side bit do I need to drill the mount in?
Did you have to use a drill bit to drill some holes before screwing in?
Nope. No drilling. The window breaks into 2 parts. All the holes line up. As you tighten up the screws it pulls the 2 parts together and holds itself in place.

Hey Mine works great. I know this does NOT work through your WIFI. It works direct to the base station. If you can try moving your base station closer to where the camera is mounted. Hope it helps. Thanks for watching !!!!!
