Agree! Thank you for sharing. Grateful we won't have any interruptions with our practice. Makes the time go smoothly and immersive.
Thank you too and you are very welcome!!!
Thanks a lot.❤💚🧡
Thank you so so much for this!!! I do this often and this version is exactly what I need!

Thank you! 🙂
6:22 Neck, 12:45 shoulder's, 13:52 Namaskar, 26:15 Nada Shodhana , 31:34 Isha Kira Thanks for the shorter version. Seemed to have included the hand twisting and namaskar exercises a couple of extra times. If somebody could tell me the easiest way to edit this I think I could get it down to 30 minutes or so.
Because you are supposed to do more than one set of each.
@@TMACMACHINE not in the version offered as part of inner engineering, also the one I prefer to do as a morning routine. So I would love to have that edit on youtube
@@nilaykorgal3514 Hi there! I recently discovered Upa Yoga and would also like to do it as my morning routine. I was also looking for a shorter version where I could follow it step-by-step. Did you happen to edit this video, or find another video which is same as the one taught in Inner Engineering? Pls share the link with me if you do. Thank you very much :)
Also, may I know how many sets should be done for each exercise? Is following this video's reps good enough or is there any specific number of sets we should do? If anyone has more info regarding this, please do let me know. Thank you.
@@yaishnaveeravi2217 Well three has always been rt for me but I did see Sadguru say seven was a good number to go for in Namaskar and Nada Shodhana is not counted exactly just done til you find full attention on the breath.
Thank you very much
God bless you

thank you
You're welcome please subscribe.
Thank you so muchh!!!!
Thank you! ♥️🌺
I find the hand exercises difficult to imitate. For the rest very good exercises.
Video between 18 to 25 mins is the duplicate of prior one. Cane be corrected. Thank you
It is supposed to be like that, because you do more than one set.
Thank u so much ❤❤
You're welcome 😊
Thank you for watching hope you enjoy it!!!
Thaks v. Much ❤️
I need in hindi language for my parents is it available ?
ua-cam.com/video/YiTg8S5w3G0/v-deo.html this is the hindi version.
I don't think so
Is this contained in the inner engineering programme?
No, inner engineering programmes have different sets of practice.
6:25 neck practices
13:50 yoga namaskar
26:20 nadi shuddhi
37:45 shambhavi mudra
👍🤝❤️🙏
Its wonderful.

Voice and video not matching
Please update 🙏🏻
It comes more naturally to me, to inhale while moving my arms outwards and exhale while moving inwards. Can it be done in this way or there is a reason for doing it the other way around?
And is it wrong to look at yourself while holding your hands in namaskar? Sadhguru mentioned pretty much everything, except looking at yourself. I assume it's too egocentrical. lol
Great instructional video by the way, not really sure why the title says no instructions.
how many times a day is this recommended to do?
Ideally twice a day, but once daily is good is what they say :)
Does anywone has knee pain that last all day? During the practice it doesnt hurt but once I'm done is kinda painful, I have 2 weeks practicing this everyday, before this I would do ALO YOGA workouts everydary, so is not about lack of fitness, I just want to know if is normal and the pain will go away.
Yes I had some pain in my right knee which I know was caused by overstretching. If you are not used to the postures I recommend building up slowly. Also I do Upa Yoga practices daily now & I found these practices have corrected my knee pain ie since doing them the knee pain has gone. Try & see if this works for you.
🙏
@@rayoflight1447 yeah the knee pain was gone during the 3rd week, 😊 thank you!
Good to know the practice corrected the aches and pains. I use a very low stool for the squats...planning on progressing to a yoga block when my ankle and leg mobility gets stronger. Gradually and at our own pace is best.
@@maxinell2393 Yeah, I've done this for 2 months now, and my whole body posture has changed. My knee pain is gone, I just get sore ankles all the time, but I guess this pain will go away once I get more flexible since I still use a cushion for the squads.

How many sets of yoga namaskar do we do?
@@TMACMACHINE just wanted to confirm, have watched the video multiple times. Thanks for responding!
Why does it hurt so much!? Haha
@Eternal Spirit Being where did you see that we do 3 times 3 cycles of yoga namaskar? I feel you might be confusing 3 cycles with 3 sets. I think we're supposed to do only one set of 3 cycles, not 3 sets of 3 cycles with balasana in between every set. It seems weird.
@@TMACMACHINE Thank you, that is very helpful. The one time I did do 9 x cycles I felt amazing heat of the sun burning through me...
I do believe Sadhguru stated that his guru used to do 1008 cycles every day !
You need to do 3 cycles of yoga namaskar for maximum impact. One cycle consists of all those 7 steps
I can't bend down at all.
elevate your heels to assist. Over time you will loosen up and reduce the elevation
Just do as much as you can comfortably.
Cant stay in that posture for long
Jaggi Sadhguru is business savvy.
His Upa-Yoga classes are Free,
Till you pay for Costly Yoga classes!
If him being business savvy works for our benefit, then why the heck not?
Costly? Really? They are so much cheaper than any other yoga classes I've come across. If you're expecting them for free, how do you expect him to pay for running and managing the centers, the various projects like cauvery calling etc? It's not like he's buying mansions for himself unlike so many religious charlatans.
😂
No actually. Only the beginning programs are charged money because you need people's commitment. All the advanced programs are free.
all advanced programs are free in isha ... they charge only for basic programs and teacher training
Thank you
Thanks
