For anyone attempting to do this repair, remove the 2 bolts holding the power steering reservoir and push it out of the way. It will give you more room to work.
Nicely done video. I recently had a P0128 code pop up and it said the thermostat was the likely culprit. I'm going to investigate before buying parts but your video is high quality and easy to follow.
