Hi there! Totally depends on what you like and your other fitness activities. Would suggest doing whatever feels best and keeps you consistent as this will produce greater results over time. If you really enjoy the routines I would do them everyday, and if you think they're good for producing results would say probably 3 is better and find fun activities to do the other days!

Hi hannah! I love your workouts. Wanted to ask if i religiously follow your workouts they i be able to lose weight and tone my belly flaps..do i need to add hiit or cardio along.please guide!
Hi! For sure they can help, and the workouts by themselves (or most low impact workouts) will need healthy eating, lots of sleep and stress management to work and see big results. We have cardio Pilates on the channel too, and would suggest doing that a few times a week or running, as it will help get your heart rate too. For toning belly though, Pilates often helps people and if you've been doing for 3-4 weeks even maybe 3X/week, would say that's often where clients see results. Keep us updated with whatever you chose though and best of luck 💛

So thats why i asked you that switching completely to your workouts will tone or not. I have already lost 20 kgs..now focussed on toning the loose part.
