DHEA is what worked wonders for me!! I have a AMH of 0.28 (32 years old) and had 2 miscarriages. After taking DHEA 75mg for 8 weeks I noticed that my PMS symptoms disappeared - boob pain for 2 weeks and 3-4 days of spotting (which tells you that something could be wrong with your eggs). Then we conceived first try! I am currently pregnant with a baby boy :)
@@ajjajk Try DHEA & Ubiquinol for at least 2-3 months! You can read it up in the book "It starts with the egg" by Rebecca Fett :) P.s. DHEA is not good for women who have pcos, thats really important to know

Hello Doctor. My baseline DHEA-S was 50mcg on May 1st, as of June 23rd, it has risen to 471mcg. I was taking 75mg/day, spaced out. Shall I reduce to 50 or 25 mg/day or continue w/75mg daily? Thanks in advance!
