I have been making my own Mayonnaise for sometime, the first thing I made with the mayo is 1000 island dressing, oh so good. It can be used on/in soooo many things. I will have to try it with the added dill pickle. Thank you for sharing with us all, have a great day :)

Thank you for making this video. I made 1000 island dressing for the first time today (using a random recipe). It was delicious but a bit runny. I think I put too much lemon juice. I will use your portions. I’m sure it will be delicious. Thanks again 😊

You're so very welcome. This recipe is not runny at all. It's a nice consistency for salad dressing. Just a little thicker than most store bought. I hope you enjoy it!
