Just got my Osmo and the first thing you taught me was to make sure the battery was inserted properly with 2 clicks which ensures it's fitted in correctly! I turned mine over and one side wasn't clicked in but is is now. Clicked! Thank you. I too have saved this review to come back to and will probably be sooner than I think🤔🙂

I just bought this with the care refresh code for 260$ Installed 128G card and updated firmware. I did not set clock and need to get back to date and time to set it. It will take a short time to adjust as this is my first video camera ever. Thank you for the setup video.

Too much caffeine 🙃 I have to go back and watch it again. I missed way too much the first time. Good news though I found out if I play at 7/5% speed, then it's perfect and you can hear the pauses between sentences. Thank for sharing this info with us, it is very helpful.

Thanks for making this video! A couple of questions: 1. Can I use this camera on a GoPro Chesty … ie can my GoPro mounts attach to this camera? 2. To use the mounts I assume you need the case? 3. Is the case included with the basic kit? 4. If I have the camera set to video in the menu, can I turn it on and have it start recording by pressing JUST the red record button? That is … one touch recording. If so that’s a great improvement over the two GoPros I have. Thanks again!

Great video, thanks. I have just purchased a chest strap to use my Osmo when riding. But on my first trial ride I realised I never know when the camera is on or off. I have it on Voice control. Anyway, first trial was a fiasko. Can you give any advice on using an Osmo with chest strap?
I just ordered mine yesterday and I've heard that a firmware update has fixed the lag, i.e. when you moved your hand in front of the lense. I would not have purchased it, had this still been an issue. Great video man!

The large screens and menu functions make this camera so... easy to use, you flew through the menu screens so quickly, take care!
Hello ! I have a problem with recording videos. How can I record the video without being divided into several parts of 9 minutes or something .... For example : a film by an hour. I would like it to be in one file, not in many files. The loop setting is off. I'm waiting for an answer. Thank you!
nice basic guide i got my camera recently and it came with no manual just a safety guide so i found you on youtube. f you could just show us a video on what mounts to use to mount this to handlebars or bikes or chest mount etc. Thanks
Is the Mimo App just a monitor for the Osmo Action or does it also include the features available for the Osmo Pocket like the video editor, pro modes, and downloading/transferring the video files to the phone?

I know you push two fingers on the back screen but sometimes (most times) it doesn't work and some times it does. Is there a trick to it? or some other way to do it? Keep up the AMAZING work!! how hard would it have been to give that quick release part a tripod socket? also, the buttons are so stiff you need to do finger push-ups to bulk up. :) /guy
Did you has a problem with DJI Mimo activation on Action ? I got already DJI Mimo account for my Osmo Pocket and when I open Mimo app it did not shows me new Action device. Shows only Pocket connections thru WiFi or Bluetooth.
FlytPath on iPhone Xs not showing. I contacted DJI support and they said apple should update DJI Mimo to newest version. Now I activated on old android tablet. On it works well. But iPhone still not see Action. Yes I got Action.
After 5 WiFi resets on Action I connected to iPhone Xs WiFi. Connected to the Mimo thru Osmo Pocket icon but Mimo shows Current app version or DJI Mimo not supported
@@KSA-vu2qv I resolved the problem with android device. Has been call to DJI and they explained that Apple accepts new Mimo app but still not added to update. My phone iPhone Xs . Which is your phone model???

Jaques Johnson thanks. Just look up on amazon what mount your looking for. You can use GoPro style mounts. The two print system is the same.
Note: Okay, it’s push the button and slide door DOWN. (I just bought it yesterday). And I did watch your helpful video. Lol

I noticed a delay with Osmo at around 11:46 when you moved your hand away from the camera. Is there a way to correct this?

Press and hold the side QS button for a couple seconds and it will switch. Thanks for supporting the channel.

Can you verify that the mic adapter for the Pocket works with the Action? One adapter and app for both is a great advantage.
