Your personalities are infectious, your narration while cooking is engaging, and the guys behind the camera are wrapping all this up in a hilarious yet instructive unit. With all the fun that's being had, you guys still exude professionalism which holds all of this in place. You're not only inspiring people to cook and enjoy and love the process of it but you're also motivating us to be as warm and and as simply kind-hearted as you are. Thank you for making the world a better place on so many levels !!

I always use dill as the only herb in tzatziki (or cacık if you’re turkish). I used to be a real snob and only use fresh dill, which by the way wilts really quickly, but found out that you can’t really taste a difference if it’s fresh or dried. So now I just buy dried dill by the bucket (like 1 liter, ca. a quart I think in American terms). What can I say I love middle eastern yoghurt sauce!
