no you both are wrong. this ending is a song from dazai to oda. the second ending is also in dazais pov.. the 3rd, lily is from chuuyas perspective.
I imagine that Dazai sings the original song in Japanese and Atsushi sings this :) I don't know why, I think their voices fit perfect with them
