Ending was a bit rushed, but definently a good anime.
@@dhump132 In the manga the teacher confesses to other murders he committed (he killed councilmen to get elected or people who uncovered his identity recently). He ends up getting the death penalty but he's finally at peace with himself. They also give a better explanation as to why he's evil.
