I purchased anran cameras and had one stop responding to network. I've email them for a replacement board to fix myself and they are not responding. This is the second time one of their cameras developed network issues. The first time they sent me the replacement parts. Now Billy says "Life Time Support" but no return email!!!
Still no response from their so called "Life Time Support"!! i would not trust this company to support their product. All I wanted was a opportunity to buy replacement parts. Beware of this company! in full disclosure, they were not alway so unresponsive. But I have always had problems arise with their products.
I was ordered Anran AR-K04W13H-B360. Can I also see the cameras from my PC from remote from NVR. Can I download some APP for Windows and login to NVR via internet IP (similair like android function), or can I directly acess NVR from browser, just typing the IP adress in it?
I reset the system back to manufacture settings and then I can not see videos on the Hd monitor anymore . My system is 12.5 hd combo with 4 wireless camera. Can you help me out ? Thanks
When power goes off the settings for the two farther cameras is lost from the system. I have to plug each camera back into the dvr to program again. How do I stop this from happening??
The wifi range between the cameras and NVR can cover 1-150 meters if without any obstacle, like as walls. The range is about 15-30 meters if there are some obstacles.Please be sure that there are two antennas for NVR, and one antenna for each camera, the antennas must be fixed correctly.
ANRAN Security I have done all of that. It works well normally but when the power goes off and comes back on only two of the cameras show automatically.
