ive had both machomai v1’s & 2’s and these pair of adams look really comfortable, responsive, and springy. the machomai’s (1&2) feel really flat and stiff most especially fresh out the box. Just my opinion
Just pre-ordered the Ox Grey one’s, say’s delivery on Nov 4th, can’t wait. 🙀🙋🏻♂️🥊 Update: I got these pre-ordered and delivered a week later and can say these are super comfy and are lighter than my everlast, the silver/grey color is sweet looking as well.
I have three pairs the AB0, the abv, and the Vargas Trainers. I feel that the toe box got smaller. I gotta break them a little more but so far Everlast are still my favorites.
@@shuael3032 so far I used them shadow boxing and at home with my cobra bag. If you have wide feet like me you’re going to want to break them in by just wearing them around your home before training. I think the older models had a wider toe box. But so far pretty good.
I just got my first pair trainers 2.0 It fits me good but I do feel them a little stiff so I do have to break into them. Do they feel better once you break into them?
I'm so glad you did a review of these already! I just found out about them. The concept interested me since the Everlast Elite came to the public spotlight. I want to extend the life of my stash of Reebok's and Mizuno's (especially the Mizuno because the soles wear QUICK even on canvas only). As I always say, once you try Mizuno (even as basic as they may appear), it's very difficult to use anything else. I'd love to try these. Adams is known for producing light, comfortable shoes. If they had the Mizuno sole shape design (the anatomical shape of a normal human foot/big toe=pointed end of the shoe with a slant going down in the order of the toes and the rest of the sole outlines the foot), I'd have 100% confidence. But it appears to be similar to Reebok and I love those. It would be so nice to go to a gym and not have to change shoes... Especially having the ability to go through a whole training session in one pair. I look forward to November! Thanks again Simon! 👍🥊
I love mizuno style and there lightness they are also super expensive unfortunately they don’t do my size Uk 11 even their Uk 10.5 is nearer a Uk 9.5 I will rate them at some point though
Shoes look great. Shame they don't make them in all black like the first model. Have you tried the new box hogs 4? I just bought those and was wondering how they compared. Thanks for yet another great review 🥊
I really enjoyed the Nike Hyperko Shield Trainers and was sad when I learned they were discontinued 😢. I had regretted not buying a second pair when I had the chance. However, the metallic/blue color way looks very similar and the sole as well. Would you say you get the same feel from these? If so, looking forward to grabbing a pair of these 😃
Hello Simon. Thank you for your video reviews, they are awesome. I have a question that I thought you might help me with. I am about to buy the Olympic 2.0 of these training model and for the sizing i am not sure which size to choose. My feet measure exactly 28 cm. I usually buy 10.5 US shoes for the gym for a perfect fit, but also for reference i had the everlast elite in size 11 us/10 uk (since they dont come in half sizes) and they were perfect. Should i go the same size with the Adams? Or maybe 28/10 US/9uk in this case? Thanks in advance for your help!
I am also debating on which shoes I should buy, the everlast elite or the Adam's v trainer 2.0. Which one would you recommend to me and how are the two shoes compared since you have them both?
Hi Simon, sorry to bother you again, i have another question about the shoes . Is the outsole the same as the V 1.0 in terms of softness? Because personally i felt that the material of the 1.0 outsole wasn't really soft on the heel or when i tried to "squeeze" it with my hands, while on some Adidas or Nike running shoes that material was softer. Thanks!
@@Fit2Box hi Simon I wanted to ask how the boots have been holding up? I was thinking of getting the 2.0s for both boxing and for light weight lifting so I'm looking for a durable shoe

Hey Simon I’ve been a fan of your content for a long time you always do a great job with your videos, I was wondering if you know what brand boots Chris eubank jr has been wearing in training camp
I’ve had a look they don’t appear to have a visible brand on They are fairly unique looking they may well be custom boots or designer boots I’ve tryed to find them elsewhere but those are the only ones I’ve seen the ones in the training footage
Hi Simon, thanks for providing always great content, can you actually use them for sparring and fights or are they more training only oriented like the name implies? I'm always afraid to use these kind of shoes with tall cushioned outsoles for sparring because I'm afraid to twist my ankles while pivoting. Did Adams told you the exact weight of the shoes? Thanks again!
I found them fine for sparring Andy Ruiz junior recently wore a pair in his fight against Ortiz Re the weight I weighed them in the video Adams haven’t given me any weights only my scales on the desk 🤣
Im getting some! The nike boxing boots are so slim and killing my feet and I need more support, these look like what I need thanks! 🥊🥊
You should do a review on ASICS Aggressors, they’re wrestling shoes but they’re worn by Devin Haney, Loma and many other pro

for adams a size higher if you hav wide feet, if your feet are not wide then stay with a more skim fit
