Bro putting your hand in the glove with your knuckles like that is death 😂😂😂😂😭
True bro
Im 22 and see all these kids at the gym kinda discouraged bc im one of the older ppl at the gym and feel like i started so late but you saying you started at 26 made me feel a lot more confident man fr
Starting in May during the sumemr and im 21 its never too late. Ive always wanted to do boxing when i was younger but my mom didnt let me because im a girl. Good luck on your journey🫡
Thanks for the reviews on the gloves, what I love about your video is that you've actually worn and used the gloves, unlike some other reviewers... no shade to nobody tho...I just like to hear about gloves and boxing things from actual boxers who've used the equipment and put in that pressure on the equipment.
Fly over Winning is crazy broski…love the video ❤
When the pro debut?? I’m tryna watch that Bih
He said March on his instagram, I think he should give nationals a try before he turns pro tho. Cuz once ur pro no going back
@@Rn-js6qtfax tho get as much experience as possible before going pro
@@Rn-js6qt he fought at nationals I think
March 22
You starting at 26 gives me hope I really started when I was 24-25 cross trained mma and had a 240lb black belt knee to belly and fractured my rib I’m 165 😭 was out 6 months from that and at the same time tore my left shoulder AC from benching 325 a good year out of training killed my confidence but now I’m back at it Monday-Saturday 2x a day sometimes.
I started at 33 had two fights my second year and this year I'm eyeing for golden gloves. There's hope mate don't give up, if you give up here you'll give up in the ring
Take your time your still young enough brother believe !!!!
Those who start boxing as teenagers their body already banged up by time they in their 20’s while those who start much later have fresher bodies to compete
that black belt was a straight Asshole
Hey don’t give up I’m training boxing and my roundhouse kicks at 15 don’t give up man
I’m a big boxing fan you just got a new subscriber I can’t wait to see what you do champ
Fly really are special, instead of copying everyone else they did their own thing and the hand compartment just fits different, its a really compact hand space but its deep so the knuckles line up really well.
Hayabusa gloves last forever(relatively), actually have improvements in boxing glove design, feel the same day 1 vs 2 years on
I'm leaning towards them . Are they really like that ??
@@edwardcobbs5443 Still using mine like 3 years on with sparring and heavy bag, I know usually a big no no, and had them checked by coaches multiple times and they're still perfectly padded and safe
@@edwardcobbs5443try to get the ones that don't have suede cause they end up getting stinky real quick if you do end up getting some
@@edwardcobbs5443 Yes i have the hayabusa t3 had them for little over a year now and they still feel and look new 🔥
yeah hayabusa make some amazing gloves!
Keep up the good work bro 🙏🏽🔥
I’m 26 now and been getting trained for a year in a half, with like 3 years of inconsistent self taught training. I’m glad to hear you started at the same age as me
I have the same flys that you have for bag and pad work and the fly premium lightning for sparring. Best gloves ive ever used and i have used a lot of brands.
You dont wear handwraps?
He said he was when he’s was hitting the bag
For me I bought the fairtex bgv9 gloves they are Mexican style and very slim. quality is absolutely amazing and since I got them I haven't had any hand injuries. They are around £119 but honestly feel premium asf couldn't recommend them more.
I wouldn't say Fairtex Bgv9 are slim, I've got large slim hands & I have to use gel knuckle protectors under my wraps for an ok fit with my Bgv9 compared to my 12oz Boon Compacts which are absolutely perfect fit with wraps & still snug enough without wraps. I also prefer the wrist protection, feel & sound on the Boons for heavy bag.
@@Josh-jo3kz I mean more the padding over the knuckles is slimmer that the usually big puffy gloves you can get but yes there's loads of room in them
Rival are my go to, but I’ve had some fly superlace before and they’re definitely up there
My favorite creator
thank you for this review! I have some gloves with the same space issue they are not venum but i was not sure if that was supposed to be that way or not, I always hated that air pocket i was sure that was not supposed to be there and my punches always felt unstable, never seen someone adress this and its reasuring comming from a pro fighter.
ive been iffy on getting into boxing at my age but you lowkey just changed my mind lol
Bro if you paid 78$ for those everlasts your got robbed
Thought he said 7 or 8 💀💀
Fairtex gloves are also very good 🤙🏻😊
Fairtex are good gloves but most are for Muay Thai. I have the BGV1 for Muay Thai but boxers would have to use the BGV9 Mexican style boxing glove from what I understand.
@@AxelfoleyTheGreat yes brother I have had the fairtex bgv9s for around a year and I have had zero hand injuries and they honestly still feel brand new from heavy use
I’m a big fan of everlast pro level gloves. Been using powerlock2, mx and 1910’s lately. Also like rival
What’s sup man I enjoy your videos and I’m a 19 year old boxer with my first fight coming up in February
Cletos all day for me, flys are dope too
I got my first gloves from, “Play It Again Sport.” They were Everlast gloves. I never end up with sore knuckles before. And I was new to wrapping my hands. Those gloves cost me only $20 something dollars. Spending up to $100 is crazy. I was in the amateur boxing, and I never had to drop up to $100 on gloves.
The dimond mma groin guard with the shorts is crazy good it has a little rubber around the edge of the guard to take some of the impact and the underwear that comes with it to put it in is really good too
I love flys just gotta lace them up tight and wrap your wrist more then knuckles in my opinion not a lot of wrist support but enough if you properly lace up🔥
No way you missed @HeybahME fire gloves man, should do another review for them
Facts bro I wish he tried them
Most obvious advertisement
Nice video, you should try out the phenom sg210 if you haven't
You should try boxeo tm gloves. I got 16oz hhf gloves and they are the best feeling gloves I've ever worn. They feel like the bmw of boxing gloves
I have those venums, loved them at first but lately been hating on them. Was looking at getting Fly
You should try new sporting or boxeo TM gloves. They’re really good quality
I bought some tm a few weeks ago and they’re awesome. I got them in pu lat. only thing is they’re pretty big compared to other 16 ounces but they’re comfortable and snug inside.
this never happened to me no matter which gloves
Same
Same. These dudes just don't know how to hit properly. That's what happens when you only care about looking good instead of drilling the fundamentals/technique.
Can you do a video on the best headgear?
Fly X is literally half the price of Winning and hits flush on the knuckle every time! I have both and will often use my Flys over Winning. I recently treated myself to a pair of bespoke Flys and they are amazing at custom gloves. Same leather they make Bentley car seats with, crafted in the UK. The Fly Xs are made in China but still an amazing glove for the price. Excellent value for money.
Love the starting at 26! I just started a month and a bit ago at 26 😂
Do rival bro trust me their gloves are really good
the best
just getting into it, what pair ?
The skin on your knuckles should not be peeling off
You ever use the T3 Hayabusa? I’m getting into the sport tough choosing a 1st pair n my trainer wouldn’t give to much advice until our 1st session n he’s trying to sell me there personal brand so I hit up UA-cam n hear the T3 Hayabusa like one the best on the market other then Winning
I love the Rival RS100, it’s a really great glove at the $200 price point
Heybah gloves are best, I’ve been using them and they are amazing
I wish he tried them
I recommend Hayabusa. Good fit, really sturdy, good padding on the wrist, and priced reasonably.
That crazy how the some gloves he mentioned went crazy down on prices
Yo u train at elusive boxing? I train there too dawg shits crazy i found u on my recommended
Here's some I like/don't like personally...
Like: Hayabusa H5 (sparring, very good for the price), rival rb10 (best glove bag), hayabusa t3 (good bag glove if you wrist is injured bag), Rival rs11v (most likely the best for sparring), everlast powerlock 2 pro and retail (bag & sparring, amazing value), rival rb2 (amazing value for bag)
Dislike: Cleto reyes traditionnal (sparring, not enough padding on 16oz), hayabusa S4 (not worth it), ringside APEX (too big/bulky), venum impact (idk just don't feel them)
Try greenhill. Here in Germany thats what most of us use besides, Paffensport and Fairtex
in the first clip bro i know how much that hurts i feel bad for you
God bless for the Pro year 🦍🥇🥊🩵
Try the brand revgear, some of the highest quality equipment I’ve tried.
I got Venum gladiator and I never had that happen to my knuckles and I hit the bag hard
You should try FIALO gloves!
I gotta ask, would you become an influencer boxer and fight on DAZN?
good ..... itll make em tougher 👊
I like everlast or fly but were great for me
I get a lot of my gloves off Amazon I got this pair called Steel Sweat I like them a lot and they are good quality what you really look out for I’d say is the way the thumb is on the glove and the material it’s made of those are my 2 big things I first look for in getting new gloves
@heybahme by far the finest gloves I’ve tried!!
I have never tried fly, but I’ve heard some good things about them
As a boxing I will not wear nothing but winnings or Grant u can't be cheap with yourself in this boxing world, you have to be more than willing to invest into yourself also what i do with all my boxing stuff is i buy the dry softeners that you put in the dryer with your clothes and immediately after done with every training process, training I put them into my Boxing Gloves about three sheets to four sheets apiece and also my shoes, my boxing shoes and running shoes to keep that smell away and my stuff never stinks and I let it air out in my backseat of my car and i keep two pair or more so I can alternate so the pair I wore yesterday can get a time to air out
A winning spirit, and champions mindset
The Miracle
You should look at Rival gloves
Ever try anything from combat corner?
Do you wear wraps ?
You gotta break them in and how they did that to your hand with wraps on?? The venums are good I like the giants but the Hammer Pro ones are better it’s a good fit and better for actually punching those are not for heavy punching the ones Loma wears are better it’s that or your hands aren’t good for venum gloves
wsp dom! im that kid with the green sweater at Lujan Chavez in 5th grade. U we’re awesome 😎
Add Skulltec to your hand wraps.
a trick to prevent really bad smell from the glove even after long usage, every time i comeback from th e gym, i spay a mix of water and 90% alcool in the glowe and let them dry over night... this solved the dead wet dog smell.
Bro had the color slapped off him
that is why i dont rip my hooks on the bag. I throw a hook punch like im stabbing the bag. straight line.
for me the best gloves are Rivals Rs100 but i want to try out winning gloves or Cleto Reyes
Cletos are crazyyy get em
When people spar me wearing there Cletos for some reason it just hurts a bit more 🤔
The Guerreros are better
Maybe you should try reyes gloves
Bro have you tried hayabusa gloves?
@HeybahMe is pretty solid, some of the best gloves I've used
you already know bro!!🔥🔥
Yeah he should’ve tried them out
Try Rival ! The guerrero sparring gloves are my top pick right now, I can let my best shots go and not worry about busting my hands
I love how the hand compartment feels
Try Heybah gloves
I personally love my venum gloves but I think they're a different style. That's insane there was that much space that cause that much skin to peel off
I got some Venum’s and they suck, way too tight on the hands
I got some Venum’s and they suck, way too tight on the hands
Man you guys just suck at hitting. I've had the cheapest gloves and never had any issues, and I'm a 6 foot 4 270 pound heavyweight with insane power (according to everyone that watches me (my trainer always complain about his wrists being sore after pad work)). Man up this fighting not basketball (ballet). I can see 2:49 that this guy isn't even landing properly. He's landing heavily on his middle knuckle - down. You guys may be built and look good but it's all show. Spending hundreds of dollars on gloves because you can't get it done with $50 gloves. $100 should be more than adequate for a good fighter that uses good technique.
Sugar Ray Robinson and Mike Tyson weren't spending a fortune on gloves and are all time greats. People these days are just plain stupid, so the smart people like me just take all of your money.
My hands are made of stone. I used to punch holes in walls when I was a kid. Many "boxers" these days are just women with muscles.
@@BlackPsychopathHAHA sure Jan
Can y’all make this easy for me and drop links for me to get gloves ? I haven’t been able to find trusted sites
I've had different gloves too. Cheap Bad Boy gloves: NO. Cheap Adidas: NO. Used Game Bred Sports gloves. All with velcro. Excellent wrist support and good padding. Used Punch Trophy Getter gloves. Not bad. Need to be able to wrap more around my small wrists. Have Hayabusa Tokushu gloves. Very well padded for kickboxing, great wrist support, but slide a little, which is annoying.
Yooo it gotta be those venums or sum mines have nvr done that
his hands is like that from punching a bag without gloves....
I’ve been thinking about copping winning or fly
bro casually showcasing dead skin on his knuckles
You should do a review on grant gloves or no boxing no life gloves
Winning and Fly are the best imo. I have 3 pairs of winnings that I bought second hand from eBay and man they feel great around my hands.
How do i know my winnings arent fakes?
@@insan8144 you can really tell by the lettering on the gloves and also the inside liner should be navy blue not black. There are some good videos on UA-cam that compare fakes to real.
Maybe it's just me. I don't be satisfied with training to my knuckles are bare like that. It do stick when putting the glove on though. But i don't feel it when training
Any tips/ motivations for me cuz I want to start boxing and I’m 16?
Idk, just go for it, fly high, friend
Last note, if you wanna win, always put yourself on the throne. I usually do that. It makes me fell better ngl
It depends. I hope to see you in the boxing world champ!
Ripping skin is a sign of strong punching power...per a manga I've read
you had wraps on bro?
huyabusa and rival are the best imo but if you have money cleto reyes are my favorite
Try hit n move agility pros
Also rival rsv11
Leone is a good brand
My friend just put wraps on 😉
How about cletos Reyes ?
@heybahme have the best gloves out there!
Never heard of them gloves
If u like fly u should try phantom
Try cleto reyes
I was wondering where the @heybahme gloves were too :/
Try the Cleto Reyes E400 it's pricy but worth it.
Just bought some
Check out csquared boxing. He’s reviewed about every pair of boxing gloves you can think of.
🥊
Venum tried to skin bro alive 🫥🫥
Yeah fly are nice
i take rivals gloves... Im training 5 days a week sparing, pads, heavy bags.. Those glove will last for 3 years at least maybe 4. Rivals is my favorite been training for 10 years first 3 years i passed 4 pairs of gloves.. than i bought rivals. lasted me 3 years.. bought another pais they are almost 3 years in and i think i can make them last for another year for sure they are barelly damaged outside... but the inside begins to suffer a bit and the padding is not as confortable as it should be.. great for solidify hands but i prefer when its not hurting the hand while hitting with power shots. whats happening to you knucles is bad man... lol i used to have this problem but not anymore. the rivals gloves also have velcro, but the quality is so great in 3 years never noticed a difference in the grip of the velcro.
Iron fist training is the way to go
