Even Honchoscales has fallen for scaling Naruto to freaken high multiversal in his Ichigo vs Naruto video. it is utter madness I tell you.

Hagoromo pretty much just remains in Limbo, essentially the in between space.
Hagoromo hasn't transcended life and death, he's still part of Samsara. At best you could say he's part of the mechanism of Samsara, but not above it.
Hagoromo also flat out states that he can't teleport Naruto and co. from Kaguya's dimension by himself. This would mean he doesn't even transcend dimensions. It also doesn't help that Hagoromo didn't even know what was going on in Kaguya's dimensions.
