- A man is facing felony assault charges for allegedly punching actor Steve Buscemi in the face in Manhattan earlier this month, and police say that same man is also charged in connection to another random act of violence. CBS New York's Derick Waller reports.
What would Martin Assault King say? Not random rather a targeted hate crime.

So this guy is being held on $50k bail. Does this mean bail is good again or did the liberal DA and judge give this guy special treatment due to publicity? There have been many people punched in NYC and some were over 65 and all of their attackers were released without bail. Why the double standard?
