Stilt making

Simple home made wood stilts, took about 2 hours maybe less, 2 5 foot lengths of 2x3, 2 10 in triangle 3/4 ply, 2- 41/2x12 foot beds, 4 41\2 inch 3/8 bolts with flat washers locknuts, 4-2 inch 1/4 bolts done same fashion, 6 #10 2inch flat top wood screws for foot bed- 2 belts with 1 1/4 inch panheads on fender washers, 32" bottom 2x3 and 28" top to calf. Pre drill plywood holes so it doesn't split, I use carpenter strength glue to add extra strength, wipe off excess damp rag. gonna use them and make Halloween costume, and for getting high pears out of the tree backyard.
