I noticed you knock a lot of lower income older homes. I’m assuming that is because the doors are softer, but I would imagine the majority of those roofs are old and need replacing. Im curious as to how you overcome that when it inevitably comes up?
I’m a selfgen/closer and I also prefer to knock in neighborhoods that are not “prime territory” to avoid competition
