Am ok with buses within countries but often cant find connections to beauty spots wouldnt hire a moped so often stuck to 1 day trip which are usually rushed. Any way round this. Asthmatic so wouldnt be able to hike uphills..

The buses and transport, especially with language barriers can sometimes be a problem, I agree although they’re a great choice particularly on a budget. Don’t limit yourself though, you’re stronger than you think. Build yourself up with the hills and over time, even with asthma you’ll be able to do more than you think, just take it slower :)
