'8 Passengers' mom Ruby Franke received more than $80,000 in PPP loans during pandemic

- A search of public records shows that Ruby Franke, the UA-camr and social media influencer now charged with child abuse, received more than $80,000 in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
The loans were given to ‘8 Passengers Productions, LLC,’ which records show was owned by Franke.
One loan, totaling $41,810, was approved in April of 2020 and then forgiven in May of 2021. The second loan, also totaling $41,810, was approved in January of 2021 and forgiven in August of that same year.

She’s not the only one. So many businesses including restaurants that actually did very well with takeout during pandemic received free PPP money that is our tax payer dollars! While many Main Street businesses literally went under and closed forever because they couldn’t access funds, companies with cash chest that would have continued to keep their businesses open received free tax dollars. Then there’s the thousands of criminals that got away with billions who didn’t even own real businesses. Do we blame it on incompetence?

In fact Covid and the explosion of Family Vloggers is what introduced me to the whole concept and how these people are simply exploiting their children for financial gain. There were creators covering this at the time. The Vloggers were calling their children employees etc. all while making more than ever while everybody sat at home with nothing else to do but line their pockets. We got a couple thousand and time off work. They got thousands young thousands while making millions

As someone who was an essential worker and had to work through the entire pandemic without any help from PPP loans or the unemployment boosts, it pisses me off that these wealthy vloggers who technically BENEFITED from people being home all day were able to get their hands on all this money... money that could have been used to feed starving families, keep small businesses from closing, help people drowning in medical bills, etc.
It's not bad enough that they exploit every second of their childrens lives for money, but they also got free money from the government for it as well. Disgusting.

The is frustrating to me. I do not see how her UA-cam channel could have been impacted by COVID. If she put up videos COVID wouldn't stop people from watching her channel. There were so many small businesses that suffered and closed that were far more deserving and in need. They had physical stores that were forced to close for many month and in some cases 2 years. I'm disgusted by this for sure. I had a small business and never took any money for employees or the business. I kept my business open the whole pandemic and wanted that money to those who really needed it. I for one was frustrated about how the money was dispersed among. Even more that are country forced closers of small businesses, but let big companies stay open. It would have been better if we had not shutdown in the first place. The government sure didn't have the money to be handing out. They sure don't have money to be giving to Ukraine. If we run our own personal budget like the government we would all be in jail. How can you spend money when you are trillions of dollars in debt?

The PPP abuse iceberg will continue to emerge, probably for decades. I suspect one of my own neighbors of taking advantage... they're self-employed and suddenly had new cars after the PPP loans became available.
I found out from a constable the hoodrats that suddenly show up across from me got loans and I had to move bc of noise violations, screaming constantly, killing peoples pets, etc. nightmare. Now I’m on 3.5 acres with peace and quiet. I never qualify for free anything.

I think they are questioning the time line as to when she stopped uploading videos. This may have been why she didn't take the channel down. It was still generating revenue even though she wasn't posting any more videos. I know the last video uploaded was Eve getting baptized but idk when that was. I'd say sept 2021 but I'm not completely sure. she was 7 or 8 I think and she just turned 10, so the dates of the loans or the second loan was right around the time she stopped posting. I'd say she was uploading in 2020 and part of 2021.
