I'm also loc'd, 05.06.2022, so my 4 months was the 5 of this month which is crazy to me because the 5th month is literally this week Saturday, it's going by so quickly. I'm really excited to see somebody almost on the same stages as I am it's refreshing to see it, the girls I usually watch after 6 9 months over a year loc'd so this mqde me really happy to see tdy. I am going to be here for as long you make videoss. Really enjoying the vids. Also this is the first video I'm seeing for you so if it is that you plan to do loc journey videos every few months, pleaseeee speak while the pictures and videos are showing to tell us how u felt at that moment of what you noticed. Thank you! I'ma need a the well wishes cause Im getting old 😂. I think I have a good idea, Ima test it out and post my first resolution to my problem. A bag is also a good idea. Anything to protect my microlocs. Really nervouse about getting mud in them for sure.
8:42 3 weeks in and I'm dealing with the same. Some parts appear unraveled so I retwist it. Some of my twists look like they're bunching but was also unsure. I posted it on IG and was told to leave it alone so that's what I'm doing lol. I've been thinking about doing a 3 pt rotation but I'm so afraid of messing up my hair 😭
It's crazy how hair just has a mind of it's own lol. I think what we are experiencing is common in the loc community. Many people have a mixture of curl patterns. I am doing the same as you, just letting it be and taking it a day at a time, hoping the best! I would definitely look into the 3 point rotation though. It really has changed the game for me! Do you do you own reties? I understand your concerns with messing up your hair. Setbacks are the last thing we want. Peace, love and blessings to you! 💜
@@SocialSymone Yes, I do my own reties. I do the 2 pt rotation and enjoy the fluffy mop look on me at the moment 🤣. But, I also love the look of thin individual locs.
