    * Learning HOW TO FEEL : combating the "I'm not bothered" culture of our day.
    * Dating and Sex : the exchange of energy and how the choice to be intimate may cause deep emotional, mental, and spiritual changes in one's life.
    * Why MEN CHEAT : unpacking the power of choice, the resourcefulness of the execution and the heart posture it takes to act out.
    * The balance between being SOFT and ASSERTIVE as a man .

This is me currently. Unlearning old patterns, releasing old patterns, and reprogramming the subconscious mind. Allowing my self to be soft while also strong because there's strength in femininity. I was afraid of being me and now coming into my own and allowing my inner glow to shine outwardly. I love feeling and accept it, and process it maturely. It's so beautifully freeing.

It hit me when she said you are literally exchanging energy when you are sleeping with someone. I was dealing with a very toxic men for 8 years and I have been single for a year now and I did a complete 360 all the way done to my physical appearance. Some people don't even recognize me anymore. And that's so true when she said people always try to figure out why she was by herself. I've had that too where people are asking me if I'm controlling or if there's something wrong like how can I be single and look like this. And at this age. Cuz a lot of times people say I look like I'm in my '20s or 30s when I'm really 46 but I've been by myself because I , like her, have been enjoying developing myself and growing and pursuing my purpose and pushing others towards their purpose. Like something doesn't always have to be wrong because we're single. I love her for saying that because I come across people that get puzzled at why I stand alone. It's because I'm just very independent.

So true!! In my undergrad, I recall studying those who committed heinous crimes while also comparing it to average people and while the difference was the paths they chose, relational choices and how they navigated their decision making was very similar. While our paths differ, ACEs impacts many people.

I am so Glad to hear from such a woman, conforming what l knew in my guts, buy what my head denied because of so many years of church conditioning, church teaching that didn’t represent the true character of God. I learned through so much hardship, heart aches, most of my issues in my life were born out of toxic faith. Most of our paradigms comes from our upbringing and church. I suggest to evaluate all the information we consumed through experience, including the image of God , that had been drilling into us all this years. God had been humanized , God is not what we think he is. God much more intriguing, exciting, someone to move towards, not someone to move away from. God is more loving than we think he is, if it weren’t for those misguided, pastors, bishops, and prophets. ❤❤❤❤

I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this podcast. I’ve recently became a single mom of two by not making the best of choices. I had to leave a abusive relationship with the father. I only stayed hoping things would change. But I’ve been on my healing journey, and reminding myself that there are good men out there still. Now that I know better I will do better so my daughters have a great example of how to love themselves. I also learned that a man won’t treat you right if he doesn’t love his mother. I still have the willingness to love and treat others right. Thank you! 💕

Although this is an old video and most of the comments are old, this is a message for the Christians labeling what she’s saying (soul ties, generational curses, etc.). Everyone doesn’t go to church and everyone isn’t a Christian. She’s describing things in layman’s terms. I was raised Christian and always disliked the jargon because I didn’t understand what anyone was ever talking about and there was a disconnect. Saying the same things in a different way is imperative to teaching people because we don’t all learn in the same ways.

I recognized a few years ago that the balance of feminine and masculine in each of us and knowing when to assert which traits is crucial to life and definitely when it comes to dating.
I could watch this whole thing again. I’m sending this to all of my friends and tucking the 💎s away to utilize and encourage others with.
I also just downloaded the app and look forward to continuing my personal growth journey and hopefully finding love with the right man for me soon as I am re-vamping my mindset around dating as a Christian woman who wants a true man of God to share my life and leave a legacy for Christ with.

Fabulous interview! I instantly loved her energy through the screen. My only objection is that yes, there absolutely are generational curses. There are ppl, (myself included) who never met our fathers until adults yet chose men like them. There are stories of children who were fostered or adopted and repeated their biological parents’ patterns. That would debunk her theory that you are repeating what you saw.

Loved the talk ❤ it’s why I tend to see married couples begin to look alike literally because of their energy depositing into each other. God is amazing mn 🤧

Eye was born in '98 and the things I feel connect me the most 222 her are one in her understanding that we deserve better and leaving what doesn't do that and two deciding who we want to be and looking to those who embody the feminine we really admire even when the people around us are not that. People should not be required to thiNK, so much mental health actually stems from feeling your feelings without needing a reason or a thought to validate it. My grandfather also dropped out early to take care of his family and he taught us about work and being self-sufficient. He was a brick layer and built alotta people's houses in town, so he was able to as a black man get outta trouble for being popular.
