Hi again Paige, Casey, and Henry! I was feeling very nostalgic watching you guys drive Highway 1. Back in May of 2016, I got to drive it with my dad in his new Corvette from Monterey to Los Angeles. It was a truly epic trip and wonderful memory, just like the memories you all are creating on your fantastic trip!

We were just up in Napa in June. The San Francisco area is gorgeous and it would be a fabulous place to RV because the weather isn't FLORIDA in SEPTEMBER! We haven't even used our RV this summer because it's just too damn hot here, even with the A/C. My husband is from So Cal, and we love California. Enjoy!

We are about to start the renovation of our RV and ya'll give me a lot of ideas, I wish my hubby's woodworking skills were as good as your's but we will figure it out! Love Love Love this. Oh, as far as UA-cam, I have been looking at RV renovations for a little over a year, we bought a Class C last year, and Class A last week, and your video was just suggested to me by UA-cam today and I did subscribe. I can’t believe you are in Premont. Wow, I lived there for several years. Wow, you are definitely in my area. Free parking at the flying J in Falfurias.

I’ve made the trip from Yelleville Arkansas to Rockport many times. A great place to spend a few days is Waco. Park for free at the Flying J, really nice, and enjoy so many things at the 400 acre Cameron Park. Two rivers with suspension bridges that are closed to traffic but great for walking. Lake Waco is a very safe place to swim, especially with children. I lived at the flying J in my car for six weeks after Rockport was devastated in the 2017 hurricane. Really nice people there.

You were in my area. I lived in Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, and now I live in Rockport. If you are ever in south Texas again, there is free camping in Magnolia Beach 20 minutes from Port Lavaca. You park right by the water.

I love your camp oven idea of using a wielding blanket. Just a tip I use is two small fire bricks in the bottom. Keeps the heat more even. Love the series
