For many years when I was just doing some low end driveway detailing to make a few extra bucks I used this for wheels as a brake dust remover @ 4:1 it is quite good. Like any wheel cleaner, don't allow to dry and flush thoroughly. It has many uses and for $1 it's still in my arsenal today for light duty. Always where hand and eye protection, this stuff has some dangerous chemicals, even if it states " BIODEGRADABLE "

Absolutely the best product on the market, it will clean just about anything and being reasonably priced is an added bonus. I don't buy just one bottle at a time I buy all the large containers they have on the shelf.

I love all four of their products... Awesome oxygen... Orange Base... Laundry booster,.. and the original spray bottle... My favorite is the laundry booster... It gets everything out... Especially on clothing carpet
If your an RV owner, it is the BEST treatment for black stipes. I got the concentrated gallon, went 1:1 in the mix, spray and let sit for like 30 seconds and they just come right off. Anyone that owns an RV knows how much of a pain it is to remove black stripes. This stuff is MAGIC.
I've used and like la awesome!...however I don't believe it will ever get the approval from the high brow amateur weekend detailers that are not happy unless they are spending 400 % of any products actual worth!..lol!!...but yeah it does a good job and I've had zero negative results!
Yup. I clean my wheels and tires diluted and it's works great.

Yellow bottle of Awesome is #1 at cleaning tile grout. Wear a mask and gloves. Spray directly on the grout line, scrub along the grout line with a microfiber cloth. Mop after. Grout is nice and white again with minimal effort.

As a oil painter, when I'm done for the day, week or maybe year, I just walk away from what I was doing. So my brushes may set loaded for however long. until I get the urge again. I soak the brush for an hour or so , massage the bristles and work it till it softens up and soon that brush will be cleaner than when I bought it! Awesome is AWESOME!
For being one step below like you said sir in the video, it does my floors great for the price. This is better then lots of degreasers and wax removers, I used in my life. I never heard of it til this girl at a store told me for one dollar that degreaser is awesome, not to powerful on outer degreaser on cars but interior it works wonders and saves your "back". I'm not an expert but let the expert speak for itself which is the "LA"s Totally Awesome". I never heard of this product, my word , this product and I found each other in 2020 LOL and it saved my back from scrubbing my own floor to just mopping it with out muscle. All I did was wet the floor with the Awesome product with some water and came back and rinsed it off floor was very clean and brite after. Not so Awesome for cars this guy in the video is saying but for home use is Great. Saved my back. Hello!!!!! its what counts. There is one thing wear a facial mask cause I have asthma and the ethanol in this product can trigger your asthma. Stay Blessed everyone and safe.
Use it straight on your wheels - Let it sit for 5 minutes or so, then wipe the brake dust off. Also works great straight on soap scum in your bathroom.
LA Awsome cleaner is a GREAT ALL AROUND CLEANER for just about anything. CHECK LABEL FOR DILUTION RATE. For $1, the price is certainly right. Ive used it for over 20 years in my commercial cleaning business from motor oil smudges and even windows at a very diluted concentration. Can't go wrong with Awsome.
I've used it it's worked better than purple Power especially if you set the part your degreasing in the Sun and let it warm up a little bit hit it again and it'll melt it right off and it's a whole lot cheaper than purple Power
With dollar stores in every block in my area... this stuff is cheap and easy to get👍🏻

I use awsome to pre treat before cleaning with my bissel and my bissel has built in Scotchgard in every bottle and it has Febreze that's why I used it on the car it's wonderful it sucks up all the stains and if there's some tough stains the awesome takes it right out even oil and ink
The SDS reads exactly the same, between the two. They are almost entirely orange oil as the active material. They are both a no acid, bleach, and ammonia surfactant. But they are definitely not neutral. Ph is ~12-13 so they can be helpful as a road film killer if used sparingly in the pre wash bucket, maybe...
Definitely dilute before using it as a general cleaner, don't let it sit too long, and rinse thoroughly afterwards. But that's also true of virtually every cleaning product more powerful than dish soap. I've been using it to degrease my bike's drivetrain with good results. It's powerful enough to do the job without removing paint or pitting metal surfaces.

Sir, like you said, this is a pretty good product. I have used it on our FD engines interior to help get out fire contamination from house fires and etc.

Actually it's should be "Sidewalls" @5:30. Whitewall tires have a solid white strip around the side of the tire and were usually found on Luxury cars in the 1980's. They are very rarely seen installed on cars today.

I actually use it to remove and penetrate RUST on cast iron/steel machined surfaces. IMO works as good or better than PB Blaster/WD40
i read a review that seems it would be strong enough to strip painted surfaces which is needing dilution for polished aluminum rims on tractor trailers
review i read...inside of my range-top hood and some other general cleaning. But the main reason I bought a gallon of it was to strip repainted model railroad cars. I put the car bodies in an appropriate sized tub (a plastic wet-wipe container), covered it with the Totally Awesome, and went off and did other stuff for a day or so. When I came back, all of the paint came off the model bodies with just a light scrub from an old toothbrush to get the stubborn flecks in crevices or crannies off. Most of the paint just slid right off without any scrubbing. A quick rinse to remove the cleaner and the model is ready for repainting.
The yellow bottle WITH the spray nozzle is ALREADY DILUTED.. full strength awesome comes with the cap on it .
Works excellently on tire walls and fenders.
It also could be used to strip wax however it also could be used to clean your car’s exterior sooo yeaaaa... I think it has to be diluted 50:1 for car wash and 5:1 for wax stripping, it says it shouldn’t be used on leather at all and not recommended to be used full strength on glass
Can't agree with the no ammonia comment. You can easily smell the ammonia in it.

The yellow bottle of AWESOME is the ish. I use it to wash my cars. Brings out the shine and renews paint job. I mix half a bottle to a gallon of water.
Jarvell Scott so it won’t ruin my paint I used it to get the bugs off and was hoping it wouldn’t kill my paint job.
@@bebesantanas1265 no it won't. I been using the yellow AWESOME since like 2006. I wash half the car at a time. Rinse off, then the other side. Unless you have help, you can do both. Ill wash my car Tomorrow to show you the difference.
For how cheap this stuff is it works!! I have the yellow and used it on my door jam grease and it took it off fast. I will try this stuff for sure. The yellow products bottle is a good one, it does not leak on me at all.

Yes, I try to use only what I need but you have to use more at times. I get it covered and let it sit for no more that 30 secs and the LAs works fine. Here is a link to some mixes in ounces. www.tomorrowchemicals.com/files/Dilution_Ratios_TC.pdf
According to the SDS, this is a Trisodium phosphate (TSP) formulation. Tsp is toxic, so you might want to take reasonable precautions like using in ventilated area and wearing gloves. Also it's not good to use directly on metal. Painted and plastic surfaces are probably OK, test.
Nobody can seem to agree what's in it--that's the part that worries me. I haven't noticed any corrosion on steel and painted surfaces so far, but I've also been diluting it and never let it soak for more than a few minutes before scrubbing gently + rinsing thoroughly.
Edit: The Orange formulation I have doesn't have ingredients listed, but the yellow stuff does. No TSP in my bottle, though it's confusing looking it up in SDS databases because all of the Totally Awesome cleaners have nearly identical names.

LA Awesome Orange works great on bugs and tar and bird droppings on your auto paint…..spray it on wait few minutes wipe off…will not harm paint…for stubborn stains leaver on longer….I use this before car wash…keep a spray bottle in car …bug and tar remover cost between 10.00 and 20.00 dollars a bottle...this is 1.25 works just as well !!!!!!!!!!!
Oh man, I recently discovered LA's totally awesome about 6 months ago or so after hearing some recommendations to use it on my car, and I found it at the local dollar store in 20 ounce and 32 ounce refill bottles. This stuff is so cheap (only a buck!) that I have no reservations with using it in large quantities like on my tires and wheel wells. It's great for that. Not crazy about the smell,but it's not bad. I've never seen their auto version this is the first time I'm seeing that. I'll have to see if I can find it locally. If it works just the same with a better smell I'd be okay with using it on the interior. By the way, what's your favorite interior degreaser that doesn't leave any residue, and doesn't discolor anything? I'd like an aggressive degreaser to mainly use on carpets and upholstery without ruining anything. For the minor stains and routine cleanup I'll just stick with diluted all purpose cleaner like simple green perhaps. Thanks for the video and sorry for the long comment!
Hello shawn!!! I go through a ton of Spray 9 at the shop. Its clear, no scent, powerful, disinfects, deodorizer, sanitizer of germs, viruses etc.

I’ve used it along with Brake Buster for tire/wheel cleaning. I get similar results.

I really liked the street appeal... I actually think it smells somewhat decent and does a good job. the only issue I have had was on a 96 Ford Ranger steering wheel. I had cleaned everything else with no issue but for some reason it streaked the steering wheel bad.
Steering wheels... especially old grimy ones... are when I reach in the water bucket for my magic erasers. Cuts to the chase and cleans them quickly! 👍🏻
Mikey P that is probably what I should've done. But I was spraying it undiluted on everything and it was doing a great and I do mean great job of making that old truck look spectacular...just got caught up and should've checked myself closer.

The stuff is a dollar. I use it on motorcycle rims (hardest thing I have ever cleaned) and it takes all the the chain lube off no problem with light brushing. Its a buck!

Ive used it for the past year or so. Im always worried it might be bad for paint as I have painted rims on my motorcycles. Is there anything in the Totally Awesome that I should be concerned about in regards to paint?
Just flush the area with clean water after use... thats really it.

Hey Brian I watch your videos a lot and I wanted to tell you that I get amazing results when I use las totality awesome before claying the car( white cars specially. Wash the car first, then spray las totally onto the white paint and mope after yourself then go ahead and clay, then polish,wax seal whatever. Spray from bottom up to avoid runs, I hope you try it and make a video. Old white paint or new white paint will look awesome.

Ok on full strength of the home cleaner will take the color out of your leather seats so dilute it.
Will not remove dye at full strength... its not that aggressive..
I do not know the difference between these two products, but I do know the yellow one should not be used on leather in general. It's like the one surface you probably shouldn't clean with this stuff.
If it can strip paint off of metal, it’ll pull dye from leather.
Has anyone had any experience utilizing the clear yellow in a hose end sprayer for a more overall cleaning? I picked up a Chapin sprayer that dials in for 2 Oz, 3tbs/9tsp,1iz/2tbs, 4tsp,1tbsp,2tsp which. I'd assume is the ratio at which it mixes the product. I actually did full the washer fluid reservoir up utilizing the 1oz ratio (lol I'm in fl and we don't freeze) and found it gets bugs off the windshid awesome

Dilute it properly. You probably put a concentrate on it as it is mostly sold in concentrate. I used it on my painted apartment walls diluted properly and its great.
I use carb cleaner it take off all grease off of transmission case help clean Engine bay too

i buy the gallons at dollar tree and use it from cleaning under carriage to upholstery just dilute to specifications if not you’ll see discoloring but i have no negative from this product when used properly it gives those expensive brands a run for the money

Maybe tar or tree sap. Only way to fix etchings or oxidation is to polish the top layer of the clear coat off. You need a Daul Action polisher, cutting pads and compound for that.

Hi, I am using LA's totally Awsome Ammonia, would you know off hand the per cent concentration strength of that product full strength. I am needing a 25% ammonia mixture for a home project. There is no indication on the bottle as to what concentration strength it is full strength. thanks.

If you don’t think the original LA awesome doesn’t have a sent to it you probably don’t have any smell left in your nose cavity that shit is extremely strong smelling and will make you sick if you’re not in open air

A quick detailer will protect the leather overcoat. Conditioners are a gimmick good sir. Meguiars quick detailer is fine.😁
