In this video we get started with the first section of YOU AND YOUR GENDER IDENTITY: A GUIDE TO DISCOVERY, Stage One: Preparation.
When beginning on a journey as complex and intense as discovering one's gender identity, it's important to feel as prepared as possible to do so!
Here we begin Chapter One: "Why Do I Need to Find Out the Truth?" You'll learn why it is important to be really clear with yourself as to why you are needing to go on this self-discovery journey. You'll need to turn to this truth for motivation as things grow challenging along the way!

Ok step 1, what were you when u were born
There that’s your answer
@@origaminoob1037 I always suspected I'm a baby. It took me 40 years but thanks to you I've figured it out.
@@M-CH_ lol good roast
@Phillip Galloway uhh what
@@origaminoob1037 honestly why are you here? What brought you to this video, and if it's what I suspect I bid you good luck on finding out how to get rid of your internalized transphobia and projection. Hopefully you can find a way to be happy in yourself so that you don't have to bully folks on the internet.
Dara..I'm really struggling..I'm not sure about transitioning..if I should..if could...this video is helpful
Transition=Literally rejecting your self even if it doesn’t feel like it
I am super confused with my gender, and I have Autism, so that makes it even more difficult for me to understand my own dysphoria
Good luck with your journey and I hope you figure some things out and feel better : )
this is really weird timing, I just bought the book on Monday!
Well im so confused with myself... most of people know from childhood that they are male/female ... Not me but... I do not know where I stand... I'm 41 years old and confused... I've never been intrested in sports , cars but I never was intrested with ladies things too. But I felt that somthing is not right and still is ... I'm looking for some advice but all I can find is not wwhat I looking for... I learn about transgender people not long ago and since then I'm looking, watching , reading and yet dont know whats wrong with me... So does anyone know some people to talk to online ? I would really appreciate any help ;) Thanks
First of all I want to say that there is nothing wrong with you. If you are looking for a resource online, I really like reddit on the subreddit lgbt or nonbinary or trans
Sabrina with a question. I am 11 months and 2 days into my journey. I know I am a woman but can’t physically express it in general. Socially, apart from family, I am a woman. Am I indeed on my journey, preparing for future or both? I am mainly asking because I am sure my situation is not unique.
I love Good Will Hunting. I also love this book. I pre-ordered it and worked through all of it. Now, it's fun to open it and look back at what I was thinking at the time.
Thank you Dara I enjoy your reading!
