This is a song she wrote about her on-and-off relationship with Justin Bieber (for about 10 years). Many thought they'd eventually marry. The last time they were together, about one year ago, after they broke up, JB got engaged with another (Hailey) TWO MONTHS after the breakup and eventually married the other woman. That's why, the verse you ironically kept playing over and over, "In two months you replaced us, like it was easy" is incredibly important to the song. It was great that you pointed out the instruments and backing singers, but you missed an incredibly important portion of the song: The significant importance of the lyrics. If you miss the lyrics, it's like, say, someone that misses the beautiful passing in a soccer game and only concentrates on the shots on goal. The commentator would be missing a VERY important part of the match. It's a pretty ballad, sung by a pretty voice and pretty instrumentals and pretty backing singers. However, the reason it has 145 MILLION views after only 3 weeks and already hit #1 song in the USA, is because of the honest, raw and hard-hitting lyrics about her life. All of these relationship issues were happening while she was battling Lupus and had to get an emergency kidney transplant from her best friend in order to save her life.
The song is based on her & her relationship with her ex that has recently married. She wrote the song with the help of her friend Julia & Justin. She has gone through a lot so I appreciate you giving her song a listen❤️

It would be very much appreciated, Selena and Julia wrote the song together, a positive song about Selena's own anxiety.
