I watched 14 planes fly over northern Germany last night and not one of them had flashing coloured lights, only so-called landing white lights that were permantely on. These planes were extremely high, Is this normal on a moon lit clear night? They can't all be satellites?
Only color flashing is the beacon. Position lights are steady. Beacon is not meant to be seen from the ground at a distance cause it can be installed high up
Supertall buildings seem only useful for bragging rights, because they don't seem to benefit from having everything in one location, as in a purpose. With their assortment of different kinds of unrelated renters to fill it up, it's just another price competitive office unit. It's not like one company or related cooperative companies are in the same spot.

You have the language of the light names totally wrong.
