Cameron did a 2:14.25 in a MANUAL GT3 that has 500 HP on a bumpy track. 3.3 seconds doesn’t sound like much for 1800+ HP.

Agreed Ray. When i watched the lap, it seemed like there was time left out there.

Most definitely! Not even in the 90s in the carousel. In the GT3, we were hitting 127 at T3.
The T2 lift and T3 lift was rather “basic” driving.

You can see from the lap that the Revolution is not a track car.
It's a 300mph street car.
As such most of its lap time come from going 190mph on the back straight and 170mph on the front straight.
The rest of the lap, the turns, are all below what a GT3 would do on similar tires.

80lbs is 80lbs. I don't think that's controversial. Weight makes a big difference. Lotus has been using that to their advantage for years.
