After following this workout for around 12 weeks(not continuous 🙁) , i can do- Pushups- 27/28 Diamond push ups- 14/23 Squats- 21/21 Crunches-11/18 Burpees - 10/7 *my progress/fit tuber I will try to continuously update this a week or two later.
@@ginichimaru2837 i am underweight of around 10 kg. So i have added boiled eggs and peanuts to my diet.but that's not enough.i gained 4 kgs and kinda stuck there. Need to add more protein sources. But about the exercise, it is amazing. I feel more energetic then ever before. You should give it a try.
@@nadim1172 no bro,it won’t harm your height because it's a bodyweight exercise. In the other hand, compound exercises like deadlift and overhead barbell press, where we use external weights, can damage our height. I have done that mistake when i was at your age. But fortunately i am still 5'6".😊

I used to do these exercises a couple of years ago...my office colleagues had hard time in believing that I never go to any gym and never had any equipment other one 2.5 KG desi dumbell ...just have normal indian diet (rice/roti for carbs, Dal for protein, Sabji for other essential vitamins and Desi ghee for fat). Your body will become much like a good looking model within 2 to 3 months...
@@routinelylazy8682 absolutely. Indian diet is very ancient and evolved as a complete meal. No matter what state it is, the average lunch takes care of 70-80% of our body requirements. Infact in those days my martial art teacher taught me how to make sattu drink which was then advised to a skinny guy and within 6 months he was more John Abraham kinda personalized 👍 so it's just that companies promote these things to sell their equipments and supplements, but they can be managed very well naturally too

First 3 days of workout is painful but after a week exercise is part of my routine. After one month I lost 4 kgs. And my stomach muscles is slightly strong.

I used to do these exercises a couple of years ago...my office colleagues had hard time in believing that I never go to any gym and never had any equipment other one 2.5 KG desi dumbell ...just have normal indian diet (rice/roti for carbs, Dal for protein, Sabji for other essential vitamins and Desi ghee for fat). Your body will become much like a good looking model within 2 to 3 months...
Same here bro. My relatives ask me If I go to gym but I don't. Improving the diet solves 70 percent of the problem. Rest is exercises.
@@routinelylazy8682 absolutely. Indian diet is very ancient and evolved as a complete meal. No matter what state it is, the average lunch takes care of 70-80% of our body requirements. Infact in those days my martial art teacher taught me how to make sattu drink which was then advised to a skinny guy and within 6 months he was more John Abraham kinda personalized 👍 so it's just that companies promote these things to sell their equipments and supplements, but they can be managed very well naturally too

Now today after 2.5 month I m of again 70 ...
Duniya me kisi bhi kaam ko karne k liye JUNUNI , PAGAL hona jaruri h ...
Duniya k bade bade scientist JUNUNI YA PAGAL NA HOTE TO .... aaj bhi ham sab JUNGLE me hote
Abhi Diwali breaks... From nov 5 my journey continue , now not for loose weight , now for disease less time and don't want to as 30 at the age to 60 ...
Moral of story - agar 1.5 -2 hr nahi de sakte khud ki body ko
To tumhe ann ka ek dana khane ka hak nahi ...
