    After following this workout for around 12 weeks(not continuous 🙁) , i can do-
    Pushups- 27/28
    Diamond push ups- 14/23
    Squats- 21/21
    Crunches-11/18
    Burpees - 10/7
    *my progress/fit tuber
    I will try to continuously update this a week or two later.

      @@ginichimaru2837 i am underweight of around 10 kg. So i have added boiled eggs and peanuts to my diet.but that's not enough.i gained 4 kgs and kinda stuck there. Need to add more protein sources.
      But about the exercise, it is amazing. I feel more energetic then ever before. You should give it a try.

      @@nadim1172 no bro,it won’t harm your height because it's a bodyweight exercise. In the other hand, compound exercises like deadlift and overhead barbell press, where we use external weights, can damage our height. I have done that mistake when i was at your age. But fortunately i am still 5'6".😊

    I have seen many of your diet videos and followed extreme diet plan...i have also followed your this home workout exercise.. Before lock down i was 82kgs now my weight is 76 kgs.. Now i am enough motivated and love doing exercises as i can feel the difference..       @@roohanibajaj3159 yeah, I can. I had 80 kgs which is, according to my body, considered in an overweight category. Now, I have 65 kgs which is perfect for my body type! Means, I lost 15 kgs!

      @@roohanibajaj3159 I modified my workout regiment also over the course of time, which includes these exercises:-
      30 sec jumping jacks, 50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 squats, 60 sec mountain climber and 60 sec planks.
      This regiment works very well! Tested by me 😅

    😎😎Sir, mainey apka ye vedeo follow Kiya aur ye fayda huwa ki mujhey constipation 2yr se tha. Medicine kaam nhi aa RHA tha Lekin workout krney se pahley Deen se hee hard stool/constipation ka problem khatam ho gya. Saath me meat/fish/chicken /egg khana start kiye bahut Deen se parhez me th. Stress management v yoga aur deep breathing krkey duur krney ka kosis kr rhe hai.
    Workout 2times kr rhe morning and evening.sun light me 20-30 minutes rahtey hai. Sayad merey testimony se kisi ko fayda ho.

    Day 1: I'm feeling energetic throughout the day.
    Day 2: i can feel some pain in tummy region.
    Day 3: I can't able to do a single diamond pushup perfectly but I continued.. the same pain i can feel in my biceps tricep muscle

    I used to do these exercises a couple of years ago...my office colleagues had hard time in believing that I never go to any gym and never had any equipment other one 2.5 KG desi dumbell ...just have normal indian diet (rice/roti for carbs, Dal for protein, Sabji for other essential vitamins and Desi ghee for fat). Your body will become much like a good looking model within 2 to 3 months...

      Same here bro. My relatives ask me If I go to gym but I don't. Improving the diet solves 70 percent of the problem. Rest is exercises.

      @@routinelylazy8682 absolutely. Indian diet is very ancient and evolved as a complete meal. No matter what state it is, the average lunch takes care of 70-80% of our body requirements. Infact in those days my martial art teacher taught me how to make sattu drink which was then advised to a skinny guy and within 6 months he was more John Abraham kinda personalized 👍 so it's just that companies promote these things to sell their equipments and supplements, but they can be managed very well naturally too

    First 3 days of workout is painful but after a week exercise is part of my routine.
    After one month I lost 4 kgs.
    And my stomach muscles is slightly strong.

      31 dec 2022 ko jab highest 95 kg ka ho gaya- Mera dimaag kharab ho gaya....
      Tab se aaj tak ek baat thaan li ROJ SUBHA 1 GHANTA BODY KO TODNA H...aur body todte wakt serf mind m ek baat 1 hr intense exercise pasino me lathpat khud ki body ko jhok de dena h subha exercise k haato
      And half hr intense evening
      STOP SUGAR , WHITE SALT , PACHAGES FOOD , MORE OILY , JUNK for ever all these are SHIT nothing else
      Aur ek thinking WAT can't I do , no pain no gain...
      Aur ek baat gaath baandh li jis din exercise karne ka man ho...no ann ka dana khane ka mera koi haq nahi...
      On 1 April 2023 I was 70 kg ....
      Than accidentally I got fracture on my leg..sab chut Gaya khana double ho gaya... Last yr Diwali tak thik hua tab weight again 90 +
      8 August ko fir se usi mind set se start Kiya ... Jeebh par control and 1 hr morning intense exercise
      Half hr evening intense exercise
      Now today after 2.5 month I m of again 70 ...
      Duniya me kisi bhi kaam ko karne k liye JUNUNI , PAGAL hona jaruri h ...
      Duniya k bade bade scientist JUNUNI YA PAGAL NA HOTE TO .... aaj bhi ham sab JUNGLE me hote
      Abhi Diwali breaks... From nov 5 my journey continue , now not for loose weight , now for disease less time and don't want to as 30 at the age to 60 ...
      Moral of story - agar 1.5 -2 hr nahi de sakte khud ki body ko
      To tumhe ann ka ek dana khane ka hak nahi ...
