Hope you enjoyed this video. I know many of you may not be interested in these kind of videos but thought i should share in case anyone is struggling with their weightloss journey. So this video is not from safa with pen but safa with pan😂. I have only included my diet in this video. But i have done many more things like intermittent fasting, 10k steps a day etc. I can do a complete weightloss journey video if it interests you.
Mainly i am focusing on maintaining a calorie deficit. I can go into details about it in upcoming videos.
