And to what the officer said about …to his understanding that there hadn’t been an incident like that up there before. That is totally not true and maybe he was not aware. The individual that did this shooting had been in jail, not too long ago for another shooting. He had multiple arrest and had been released every single time from drug charges, DUI, to like I said, shooting someone! Murphy town is known for the Murphy’s doing things like this. The next thing I would be asking would be why did the court system in Yancey County continually release this individual. Also other members of the same family, in that area had also been arrested, jailed a few months and released for also shooting other family members.
