I can't also stop Stuttering, and the worst thing is sometimes i get stuck with Words and i can't spell them and its annoying

Stuttering is the worst, especially when you're someone like me who can't say his name without stuttering. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I didn't know it was called eft but I known it as "tapping" or touching certain pressure points. It really works. Takes pratice to perfect some of the techniques but once you get it you feel instant relief. It's even helps with migraine headaches and toothache.
Ppl still go to class in their PJs and wear basketball shorts in College.

I have a simple phonic tic (utter air out of my nose, like when you want to get rid of something stuck in your nose). My friends dont give a s*** about that ^^

It's really wierd, I have a crane certification, I'm good at chess, math and science, can bullshit with coworkers all day long, play guitar live, etc...If I have to talk to someone important I bumble my words every time.

I've had a stutter since about the age of 4 but it's calmed down over the years, however it comes back in full force if I'm being interviewed or making phone calls, but everyday life it's pretty tame.

It's rare that I stutter, I usually only stutter if I'm talking way too fast and it's becomes difficult to form the words and even rarely when I'm nervous but most of the time I don't stutter. Sometimes I might also stutter out of nowhere for no reason.

I was born with a stuttering problem, I stutter so bad that I have to take meds because I stutter on a daily basis sometimes I’m so bad off where I’ll be trying to talk and I can’t get a certain word out I’ll be like fuck it😂

Hey man. Look into Stamets and take psychedelic mushrooms. Use with caution tohugh. It cured his stammering.
This was great, I been tryin to find out about "why does stuttering come and go" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Rincaas Stammify Blocker - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.
