I’ve had it for years but I just turn the fan on and for the most part I’m good. Though tbf mine only really kicks in when I’m alone and when it’s super quiet
My tinnitus caused by TMJ(Jaw Disorder). So it changes everyday as i move or use my jaw. But even when it gets quiter somedays something feels wrong like why is it going quiet :D
I got mine from not taking the proper precautions to protect my hearing when using firearms in my teens and early 20’s. I largely conditioned myself to tune it out but it’s noticeable when I’m in a very quiet place, like in bed late at night. A sound machine usually does the trick for me to help manage it at night
I had a crash when i was 16 and cracked the bone under my ear 38 now and still here beeeeeeeeep the only way to get rid of it is not pay attention to it but, as soon i focus on it i realise how bad it is.
As the cells around the hairs in your ears die that is the sometimes ringing in your ear. I woke up one day and had tremendous vertigo along with my hearing being muted in the right ear. Over the next 3 days the vertigo mostly went away and the muffled sound as well but was replaced by the ringing. I have a tiny amount of permanent vertigo left and the ringing seems to be as well. My level is low enough that I can ignore it. I'm fairly sure mine is from an infection considering it was two things at once and also the hearing loss at first.
@Liam Stops Tinnitus is a GOD!!! ❤ I have followed him for 2 years now. I have had my T since September 2019 from noise trauma. My guy knows what he is talking about. And Julian Cowan Hill also.
For me if nobody mention tinnitus i don’t even notice, but if someone mention something about tinnitus like right now that i’m seeing this video about tinnitus, i starting to notice right away specially if i have earbuds in my ears or i’m in a quite room. Tinnitus is like breathing for me, if someone says to you if you control your breathing then you’re going yo start control your breathing voluntary instead of involuntary for a short period.
@@williamwarren2266 Try Tilcare or Hear, itll be called ear wax irrigation. My childhood doctor used to do it old school with a giant syringe with cold salty water for me, i prefer the bottle spray pump diy method. Warm water, and spray until it hurts so good
I had a pimple on my neck and it triggered tinnitus in my right ear. Luckily after pimple went away the tinnitus went away. But wow was it loud and scary. Couldn't sleep for 2 days

Mine started a few years ago and comes and goes. Its decently loud. But not to the point i cant move. So.etimes its a little louder and i get a headache
My tinnitus comes and goes, I had it about a month ago and it was so annoying. I would get random vibrations in my right ear for days, so damn frustrating.

I believe tinnitus in most cases, only flares from anxiety or a pre-existing health condition. Unless your instance is very severe.
If anyone has TMJ(Jaw disorder) related tinnitus we can talk and share.
What is that? Can you elaborate I keep finding conflicting information online.

I’ve learned that the beeping or high pitched noise is actually the sound of brain cells dying...any truth to that? Lol sorry for the dumb question
I have it and i think it's probably due to a hearing loss plus some underlying health condition
