I feel like you did invent the wrap down method with the loc extensions. I’ve watched 100’s of videos and have not seen this method yet. 🎉
I did the wrap method when I installed my locs with extensions a year ago.😊 saw someone do this on Tick Tok.

Can the hair be cut in half for a shorter lenght ? Im worried if i do it would cause the hair to become unusable
i wouldn’t recommend cutting the hair only because it’s already different lengths. i’m sure you could find short pieces throughout the hair or cut it after your finish your style

@prestoncarla81 I'm about to do this. I'm adding hair, because I want them long to start. My natural hair is fine and only touches my neck. I need go be able to put in a cute high ponytail for the gym.
That method been around for a while, I did mine with human hair several years ago because I didn’t want to crochet human loc extensions into my natural hair
