Installed my telescoping flag pole . Raised to full height and it is impressive. Went outside late and the LED light was on and shining wonderfully. Will build a military tribute garden around it next. Very fitting that the wife and I installed it on the anniversary of"D" day.

Good review, thanks.. I made one 15' DIY and added sand to the inside bottom section because of Texas winds... then additional inside wooden pole, for stiffness.. (as you add sand, water it down,helps pack it)
Thank you for this review. I’m in the market for a new flagpole and some of the older reviews for this company were pretty bad. Glad to see they made improvements and more important stand behind their product

I appreciate your honest reviews. I will say, these are lightweight residential flagpoles and this company really isn’t honest about the wind rating. There is zero chance these poles can withstand 100 or even 70 MPH winds even with the undersized lightweight flag they include. They simply warranty every one that breaks and that keeps most happy enough to not leave bad reviews. They also delete any and all bad reviews and comments on their Facebook. So much so that there was a Facebook page created by someone for others to leave their true negative comments.
They are the classic “veteran owned” using that claim to lure people in thinking they’re selling a quality product.
For reference, I installed a 30’ commercial internal halyard one piece fiberglass flagpole. That required 15 80 lb bags of concrete! The pole moves less with the 6x10’ flag I fly then these poles do with a lightweight 3x5.
Obviously a big price point difference with the pole you installed. Good for you, but most will gravitate to the cost effective option. Truth told, they also tried to get me to take my original video down. I refused and they sent me the new pole free of charge. With that said the new pole is holding up very well flying double 3 x 5 flags. Thank you for watching. 🇺🇲🇺🇲
So where did you purchase your commercial flagpole from?
@@user-BeGoodBeSafe I purchased it cheap used from a home that didn’t want it there. Removed and transported it to my house. Replace all hardware, cable, retainer ring, rotating truck, etc, lubed winch and it worked like new.
It’s a beautiful thing to watch it wave in the wind. How our government allows people,especially those not from this country but living here taking advantage of all it has to offer to stomp on and burn our flags in the streets is beyond me. Even communities that make proud Americans take their flags down just blows my mind. But these same people can proudly fly their home country’s flags. What the hell happened that Americans are frowned upon for being proud patriotic Americans? This country’s government and whacko politicians are completely ass backwards. They all to this day have to swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the first law they break is not following the constitution. It just kills me that they don’t get charged and fired immediately. Sorry brother. Very cool video and thanks for sharing. ✌️👍🇺🇸
I put an 8 foot flag pole outside and my community didn’t like it they called and told us to remove it or face fines!! 😢

You mentioned that the upper sections of the original pole were not 11 gauge. Do you know the thickness of the other sections?
I was thinking to also put some lubricant on the truck - seemed to squeal a bit...

11 gauge is their advertised thickness but it's only on the first lower section. Don't know thickness of upper sections but it should get progressively thinner for flexibility. Thanks for watching!

I thought you said you were flying a heavy flag like a heavy duty polyester or a 15’ x 20’ polyester flag that’s made for Highwinds the two ply material or whatever

Good info. Thanks for posting. FYI I think you are pronouncing “micrometer” incorrectly. I was a machinist for a decade and we call what you showed a dial micrometer. Not sure how to show the phonics but try “mike-rom- eter”
I pronounced "homogeneous" wrong for most of my life until I embarrassed myself in college chem. If I had only ever read the term micrometer, I'd probably say it wrong too, it's very logical to say it as he does. Also, machinist or not, those are calipers not a micrometer and especially not a dial micrometer. Not sure where you were educated to be a machinist, these terms were drilled into us to never get wrong.
